I know the video was edited. How long did it take them to get the tower in operation after they went defensive? It seemed like it was a long time. This is why you prepare trucks for streaming ops from the beginning, even if you end up not needing them, so you can immediately start streaming when the decision is made and PAR is done.
From the time they pulled out to the time they got the Ariel up it was roughly 5 mins. In my opinion I think they could’ve still went with an interior attack since just the top floor and maybe second floor were compromised
They had 2 engine companies and a ladder company in the attic for about 10-15 minutes before pulling out and going defensive. They were in the rear of the attic but couldn't make the number 1 side of the attic due to a heavy fire load and the attic being partially finished and multiple walls baring progress.

@buffaloblotter thanks for the feedback
What's with the sound?
Apologies my camera is having audio issues. New camera and radio come in the next few days.
So many depts won't fight the cocklofts anymore from inside. Not enough manpower

@@jimmyt9388 Did they cut the roof?
@@richardmeo2503they did while crews were inside
I never heard the attic space in a peaked roof frame private dwelling referred to as a cockloft.
