i lost my crash of cars progress.

I also lost my Account but on roblox.That Account was made in 31 August 2022. It wasn't a super good account but playing on this account gived me so much fun. I've had many cool friends that were very kind and some good progress on many games. Sadly, my account password was deleted in april (not 1st april). I tried to make another password by a e-mail, but I noticed, that my account has random e-mail. Phone number also didn't worked. Support did NOTHING. That made my cry. I absolutly understand how you feel by losing cool account. :'(

Unfortunately this happened with me too, by luck I don't lost much things, but I was sad for like, 6 months, and now, I decided to start to play again, they must do another way to save our counts!

This seems to be a common issue within the community it's really sad. I have a iPhone 7 so transferring has also within site it's scary. All 36 FC locked no Shadow 2.0 no killing someone with Wave into Railgun TRUE COMBO with Tsunami no Level 100. That fact the only way to unlock cars is with F ed up RNG is discouraging. I feel like most people will look over this, but I feel like some like this makes a permeant mark in someone life loving something so much that you make a channel show your love for it but due to the game's shortcomings your striped of your love. Everything happens for a reason but cases like this a wonder what someone did in their life to deserved this. I'm sorry this happened to you.

I almost lost 6 AND HALF YEARS!! Of progress coz my phone almost got hacked and my phone had extreme networks issues, so much so that safari didn't work. But it started working normal again. The other thing is that 4 years ago I had to transfer phones.

mine never worked, just left COC after switching to ios

my old android phone(not the one i used before switching) was barely getting 1 tick (you know that wifi symbol) it had nothing different compared to a bricked phone judging by that internet connection

The same thing happened to me, the last time I played COC it was when I was level 84, I forgot how many cars I had but I remembered that I had unlocked shadow 2.0, I stopped playing because my phone was broken and I had to save up to buy a new one, but when I installed COC on my new phone, the progress was only recorded at level 70 and 83 owned cars, how??? i always safe my progress to the cloud!!!

-217 normal cars
-26 fusions
-15+ 200 and 400 gems skins lost (some 300)
-4x 550 gems skins lost
-24k coins lost
let’s count i had 18 skins ranging 200-400 gems
6 of them be 200
6 of them be 300
6 of them be 400
5400 gems lost
4x 550 gem skins make up 2200 gems
I LITERALLY LOST 7600 GEMS IN TOTAL THAT’S ONE HECK OF A LOSS
