Heyy, help, currently using 7hz zero and hola, using in 30-70 ratio as i prefer more warm sound iem. Looking to upgrade to either kiwi cardenza or simgot ew200, simgot getting high praise too. Pls suggest.
I was confused with Hype 2 & Quintent. Finalized that quintent will be the best for me since I can't tolerate bass. Waited too long to get Quintet in stock. So yesterday I bought HD600.
I agree with your opinion on the Quintet. I dont mind modding/tweaking my IEMs a little to get a better sound so for the quintet I opened it up from the back and put a thinner filter on the DD to increase the bass quantity and now it sounds very similar to the Dusk. One of my favorites now.
I have hype 2 for 1 months. it's really good full sound bass iem , vocals is smooth sit little laid back but it didn't lack body, highs are smooth not harsh no matter how high you push the sound. Compared to final e4000, hpye 2 sound bigger fuller, bass is also bigger hit much harder but e4000 sound better in vocals because it sound more natural , both share smooth highs but e4000 extended more and sound laid back. I say hype 2 is better iem in general even beat Ie300.
I really wonder how the Aful Performer 5 compares to it. I went for it since it was a bit more affordbale. The bass is great, the sub-bass is absolutely amazing and everything else is fairly balanced.
I really like my P5, excellent tone and zero fatigue, but it's only C+ as far as technicalities go. Hook-X HBB is much more balanced, but not for sale anymore.
that's actually a really nice stock cable if you ask me. it's soft to the touch, pliable, and will not get tangled no matter how I roll or wrap it. in terms of sound quality, I can say it delivers less sound degradation than most stock cables at the same price range, especially copper.
I suggest you to try the KZ Castor IEM, it's like Project Red but better. It destroys the QKZ HBB. Really didn't expect this from KZ. I liked it so much that it's my daily driver. Have a good day.

Just found your Channel through the tangzu wan’er video and the way you lay out your videos and describe things is brilliant! You described exactly how I felt about them I wanted to ask, I’m looking for an upgrade over my wan’er and wanted your recommendations at around $100-$700 price range I love the wan’ers vocals and how semi neutral they sound and that they aren’t too warm sounding at all which I don’t prefer warmer sounding iems, second biggest thing I’m looking for is clarity and micro detail retrieval, and last technically and bass. I really look forward to some of your recommendations!
If you're buying any iem, use this link and I'll get a bit of money !

Thanks for the nozzle size info. It's something that rarely mentioned by most reviewers on IEMs.

hype 2 is a lot more V shaped, a lot more bass.

Great review thanks 👍 have you tried kiwi orchestra lite? I think it's a good option for the price.
Haven't tried it yet
hype train with Huge build quality issues Kiwi Ears Quartet is Basically the same IEM for 1/3 the price of Hype 2 and on top of that No quality issues
Lol. Same iem 😂.

Ha, first
Quintet is a refined Dusk that still needs a little more refinement😉
