Chicken:
500g chicken fillet, pounded
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
½ tsp. thyme
splash of olive oil
40g salted butter
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 pcs. onions, finely chopped
2 pcs. red bell peppers, finely chopped
750 ml cream (whip and cook)
1 cup parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
truffle salsa
truffle oil
500g spaghetti
lemon wedges

Hello Chef RV, new subscriber ako. Recently panay ang search ko ng mga recipes sa you tube and dun ko nakita ang vlog m. One week na akong nanunuod ng mg mga previous vlogs mo and just today gumawa ako ng pork longganisa and buko pandan. I am already 53y/o pero lately lang ako nag start magluto and im loving it. Chef RV i luv truffle using linguine. If for biznes this could be pricey. Anyway basta gusto ng truffle never mind th eprice hehhhe.
