- CREAMY CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA
500 grams pasta of your choice, cooked until al dente
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup finely chopped white onions
2 tablespooons minced garlic
½ kilo chicken breast, cut into strips
1 can button mushroom, chopped
2 cups cream (all-purpose OR heavy OR thickened)
½ cup good white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, pepper to taste
¼ cup chopped parsley, for garnish
grated parmesan cheese (or any cheese of your choice), for topping

I like how you illustrate the entire food preparation and cooking. You also know how to explain the ingredients and exactly what you call the process. Your recipes are easy to follow and not too complicated. Proper cooking terminology and the acceptable substitute ingredients. This is the difference between a plain cook versus a real chef (someone who studied culinary arts). I love watching your channel.

sa bahay namin, di lahat mahilig sa mushrooms kaya ang ginagawa ko na lang is to use 1 pack of all purpose cream & 1 can of cream of mushroom pra andun pa din yung mushroom flavor. nkakaumay din kase minsan pag puro cream. minsan nman if i dont have all purpose cream, evap & cream cheese naman ginagamit ko for the sauce. just sharing po🙂

Niluto ko to nung bday ko. Sakto may nagregalo ng white wine. Sabi ni chef rv kapag ang ginamit na white wine is yung iniinom ibig sabihin masarap yung quality. So bago ko ilagay yung wine sa pagluluto, tinikman namin ung wine. Yung asawa ko hindi niya alam na allergic siya sa wine or white wine. So ayun nga nagkaallergy nga siya. Ang ginawa ko instead od white wine dinagdagan ko nlng ng lemon juice. Okay naman. Masarap promise

Always watching your videos chef kahit yung mga nakaraan pa e lagi ko napapanuod so far wala pako nagagawa dahil kapos aa budget, ending ginugutom lang ako palagi hehe. 5 months preggy here at grabe ang sakit kapag di mo nakakain yung gusto mo lalo na mga luto mo chef.
