Рекомендую вместо, уневерсальной стяжки для установки поршней, изготовить проставку из старой гильзы, очень облегчает и ускоряет работу. Обрезал старую гильзу, фризернул захот и готова. Поршня сами залетают в новые гильзы. 👍

Так на Жигулях тоже ,при замене насоса только может быть в одном проценте случаев ,может подняться давление.

Dear Razborgruz-trucks life:Sir i have one question i hope that you can help me,on your tool box there is one big socket set with sockets and pliers,extensions,ratchets flexible with yellow handle,hammer,screwdrivers and so on,so i just want to know the brand of manufacturer because i want to buy for my pkw workshop as well,because sometimes i need to go to repair trucks and busses outside my workshop when they stop near the road,and this set is very good because it had everything so just wondering that i can buy via internet,is it forsage,ombra or some other,i can not find in forsage catalog that big socket set with everything.regards from Croatia-dubrovnik and one more thank you for everything.

One of the reasons Scania engines last forever is the centrifugal oilfilter,the engine of my 1969 Scania 110 Super looks like it was overhauled yesterday,when you lift the rockercover it looks brandnew!!
At oilchange you lift the filtercover,remove the rotating centrifuge (it rotates at high speed;which is audible after you shut down the engine that ran upto operating temperature) inside the centrifuge you’ll find a rubber like substance glued to the inside of the centrifuge outside upto 6-8mm thick sometimes....this rubber like substance is the black shit that contaminates and finally distroyes your engine!
You scrape clean the centrifuge,assamble the filter,it’s a 15 min. Job....and your engine remains spotless forever...a paper cartridge filter is bullshit compaired to centrifugal filter....
That's for sure)
I looked after a small fleet of Scania`s & you`re correct centrifugal ( `spinners` I called them ) did a great job. You could even gauge the quality of oil by the thickness of the compacted sludge between oil changes.....the better the oil the thinner the build-up so you could choose the better oil which added to better longevity. I seem to remember that the `spinners` were made in Birmingham, certainly in the earlier years at least.
@@edwardwilcox6606 Zetor Tractors had the 'centrifugal spinners' on them, on the bigger ones you could hear the spinner still spinning long after the engine was stopped

Desde Volvía en Sudamérica, haces un excelente trabajo, lo único que podría criticar es en el fesae se deben identificar las varillas de cada cilindro si no se van a cambiar el identificar las de admisión y las de escape se se van a reutilizar, para que queden en el mismo sitio de donde se desmontaron, trabajas muy bien, les deseo mucho éxito.
