In Japanese Shintoism, Amaterasu is the goddess of the sun. Bright and beautiful, she gives warmth and light to the world. But what happens when she decides she does not want to be part of this world? What would happen to the world if the sun decided to leave us? This is the story of Amaterasu and her importance to the world.
