I can eat that! 💯 What I want to know is are you weighing urself at home if so how often do you keep track? During ur videos that you post weekly we don't hear you mention ur weight loss or gain. It wld be good to know so we can celebrate or uplift with you if needed on loss, gains or substains. As having VSG myself it's always good to see real reaction feedback to let the viewers know we too also struggle sometimes for this journey is not easy but we also have high moments as well like NSVs and such. Feel free to share those. I'm not sure if you want that in separate videos then what you eat in a day but it's just a suggestion as to more content you can share with your viewers like ME 😁 No matter what I'm here and will cont to support you
Lol! Thanks so much! You crack me up 😂 Yes, I weigh myself at home (more than I should). Honestly, I weigh myself daily because it helps me feel like I’m making progress…probably not healthy, but I’ve been doing it since being diagnosed with heart failure. I still try to be mindful of any excess fluid my body may hold on to due to that. I’m happy to share my weight weekly, if that will be helpful. I lose about 1 pound a day. Some days are stagnant, but I haven’t gained any weight. I have lots of NSVs, so I’ll try to make a video about that soon! Thanks for these ideas!!!

Turkey Bacon Frittata: 10 eggs 10 pieces of turkey bacon 1/2 bunch of kale Baby Bella mushrooms (maybe about 1.5 cups…you know mushrooms shrink lol) 1/2 yellow onion Cheddar cheese Parmesan cheese Green onions(for garnish) Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 mins. I made mine in a cast iron pan, so cook time may vary depending on the pan.
