So all I did was get some rosemary and water and I didn’t boil it, and then put it in a bottle and spray it on my hair. I never saw a difference every time I used it or maybe I wasn’t seeing it work? 😂

I would do this for you but I'm a bit lazy right now and my soul as a teacher says you will learn with this, so... @Anthony Lopez I've never done anything, And my hair is thick It's ridiculous, It's just genetics, I've never even colored my hair and I'm almost 50, It's not a special diet but I'm sure genetics play 100% part in it.
Essential oils are 80% more potent than the herb in nature. So putting drops in water would be quicker to make and probably more effective to promote hair growth. However this tea shown in video may soften and freshen hair and may give it a bit of a tint almost like how henna works.

I use dried rosemary, and I let it simmer on low heat for 1,5 - 2 hours. By then the colour is reddish.

Mint can be really strong. Usually people recommend doing a patch test on the skin before testing out a new treatment
