This is my buddy/neighbors buggy. I was blown away the day he brought it home. It's an EXTREMELY nice build and fits Mouth to a T. Its odd to watch him drive slow as he is usually on the limiter. Edit....Video does not do it justice. The detail and quality on this thing is SUPERIOR.
You folks should check out "Grip lock ties" zip ties. They are rubber lined on one side to prevent chafing of wires. They're releasable and heat resistant as well. They were invented by aircraft racing legends Mike and Mark Patey. Seems like a good fit for your buggies and you're attention to detail. Amazon carries them. Great looking build !!
Jake you never disappoint another beautiful build I'd love to see one on paddle tires in the sand dunes. Thank you for sharing what you do.. awesome stuff
Absolutely killed it with the front tube work! Lowering it makes a huge difference looks wise. Looks more like a trail buggy and a little less Rock bouncer.
Watching these videos just fires me up to build more cool stuff. Just started my own company doing fabrication work and I really admire everything you guys have going on. I take notes on these videos about how to do things. I'm currently building a LS powered air boat for a guy, and after that I have a Commanche truggy to build. Putting my CNC plasma table to work lately. Keep up the amazing work guys, its truly inspiring.
Incredible build BKOR, very impressive your forward thinking allows your cust the option to build up their machine as they see fit, at once or in time. 👍 And the lowering of front end for better visibility, wow nice engineering guys!! And I love Jake's take on Roof Panels, "So when your at the bottom of hill, just remove panel to see the top of it!" LMAO Didnt he mean "Mountain" 😎 GREAT VID AND GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Just wanted you guys to know i have notifications turned on but I’m never notified of any of your videos. I don’t know why but this has been going on for a long time. Thanks for you guys videos and hard work I enjoy watching them😎👍

What is the price range on a bouncer like this? Not asking specifics, just a plus or minus so I can see how many years I have to put in to buy one. My favorite off-road sport to watch now.

I have a question i have a buddy who got me into rock crawling recently, we live in joshua tree area and there is plenty of desert to crawl including the hammers. He decided to put a thumb throttle on the shifter since he doesnt have three legs for clutch gas and brake. Have you guys ever put that into a rig you built. Ive been tryin to get him to add black light under glows incase you crawl over some opals or somethin. It will easily pay for so upgrades if it happens 🤔
Check out mil spec connectors and bulkhead connectors. You could use one mil spec connector instead of using three or four different connectors at one junction. Plus, it’s a metal body connector, not a plastic body connector.
You can kind of play with local laws and do some street driving but we dont make our buggies to be DOT compliant. too many rules, and it would hurt the offroad performance
I’m looking for a relay box for a monster truck I’m building. What would you recommend? I’m running a trans cooler fan, radiator fan, electric water pump and rear steer pump

Yukon 4.88s and spools

might be overkill for this
Watch the chafing on those cable trays, they look good bud I see a wear point(tube).
will do, no issues thus far

Any thoughts to having one street legal? Nice to be able to go “trailerless” to and from trails. Cuz when we hit the Powerball, we coming shopping

exactly what Jake Said. It can probably be done.
@@BustedKnuckleVideo One hurdle depending if it's a state or federal law is not having full hydraulic steering on the road vs hydraulic assist.
I wouldn't think most inspectors or DMV people would even know what they were looking at.
Can Rock bouncers be made roadlegal? or would that compromize the function of it too much?
I am sure they can be in some states.
When will Matt’s new buggy be done can’t wait to see him in a buggy
