This video has been created for those who are learning Japanese language.
In this video, almost all of kanji in the Japanese subtitles are given furigana.
So it's perfect for people who are not good at kanji.
You can also learn Japanese that are actually used.
Let's listen to real Japanese that is not in ordinary Japanese textbooks.

I guess we also have a lot of proverbs in English that we use without even thinking about them. Things like "It's no use crying over spilled milk" (牛乳をこぼしても泣かないで) meaning that if you make a mistake you should just clean it up and move forward rather than dwelling on it

In the relationship between people of different countries the knowledge of the other's culture is important.
I remember the first time I went to Japan with my wife, I was so disappointed when we went visit her friends and they didn't let us enter their houses!. In Italy, if you go visit a friend or a relative, they let you enter the house, have a sit, and they make a coffee for you.

Anyway, most Japanese apartments are small, so some Japanese do not easily invite people into their rooms.
@@moshimoshi.yusuke I think so, it is a small town in the countryside and it is not common to see a foreigner, of course I didn't show my disappointment and at home my wife explained me everything.
Many years passed from this day and now I'm more reflexive and I wait before to judge someone.

@@jeriji6592 there are two basic meanings: 1. Work will not be done itself. 2. You don't need to do your work immediately, it will not run away from you.
Usage depends on the context.

Another great video, many thanks. One of my favourite kotowaza is 急がば回れ isogabamaware..If you rush, you end up going around in circles! I try to apply this one to my everyday life!! :)
I like that proverb too. I say it to myself to calm myself down when I am rushing.

一番好きなのは「蓼食う虫も好き好き」ということわざだけど、良く使われるかどうか分からない…
「二階から目薬」という表現もちょう面白いイメージをするんですよね。

「蓼(たで)食う虫も好き好き」← これはちょっと面白いです。日本人なら聞いたことがあるけど でもよく使われるとは言えないですね。それなら四字熟語で「十人十色(じゅうにんといろ)」の方が 日常会話でよく使われます。
次の動画では四字熟語について話します。

日本語には ことわざ とは違う 漢字四文字で表される 四字熟語 というのがあります。次の動画で四字熟語について話します。

Yes. They use difficult Japanese. Even we Japanese don't understand the meaning of some proverbs just by hearing them.
