I’ve been watching your videos from the beginning and I couldn’t be happier for you about your progress. You look so beautiful now, there’s life in your eyes, you look so much happier and your skin is glowing. The transformation so far has been incredible. It’s like watching a dying plant that was finally watered and is about to bloom again. I wish you all the strength to continue your recovery, and hopefully you can continue to enjoy life to the fullest.

Oh my goodness Fi, you are amazing! Yes, your trip was very challenging and you had some hard parts, but you kept going and you crushed it! I just can’t explain how proud we all! All your hard work has lead up to this point and you will have so much more times like this as you continue on your recovery journey. I am so excited to be along with you and to recover along side you.
I also absolutely loved the second quote you showed us from the book you are reading. I am 17 years old and I have always felt so “behind” academically because my parents held me back one year because of my late fall birthday, plus my eating disorder, and now I just feel so left behind by all my friends. But this page of your book that you showed us really hit home with me. Everyone has their own path, their own challenges, their own fears and traumas and there is no such thing as “behind,” my mom always tells me. It’s my path. People don’t all learn the same things at the same time. Everyone learns at their own rate and it’s ok if your learn something later than others. You are still worthy and you still matter even if you aren’t learning the exact same things at the exact same time as everyone else your age. I believe everyone would be much more healthier and anxiety would be so much lower if we all were allowed to learn at our own pace. So thank you so much for sharing that quote.

Awww Fi it looks like you had an amazing holiday. It looks lovely where you were, especially loved seeing the sunrises and sunsets. Being by the sea is so healing and relaxing and so I hope you feel fully recharged and refreshed. The little town looks so pretty and traditional ❤️
I'm so happy that you allowed yourself to be more free with the food whilst you were there and tried some things which "FI" wanted not what "Fi's anorexia " dictated. This definitely will have helped you and your family to fully embrace and enjoy your holiday !! you've worked so hard in the months leading up to this holiday and it was great to see this paying off!! It's also great that you were able to be honest about the struggles you faced too with the massage and some of the food. You wouldn't be human if you didn't have both good and bad days. It's good to see a realistic vlog as recovery isn't easy every day and that's ok. On the whole you rocked it though!!! You should be so proud of yourself. Carry that determination home with you and good luck back at Uni. Food is for life, not just for holidays!😉😉😉

Oh Fi. Things just keep getting better and better for you and nobody deserves it more than you. I find seeing the lightness in your facial expressions and the sparkle in your eyes a total joy! I admit to getting a little teary watching you. I’m probably old enough to be your Mum so the feeling was akin to a feeling a proud Mama moment.
I also want to add that I quite often have ‘off’ days on holidays. I love them but I find the amount of mental energy they take can overwhelm me at times, so I understand why you would feel that way.

How did you find doing the yoga? I love it and find it really helpful in healing the relationship between body and mind. It improves my strength and the sense of gratitude for what my body can do for me on a physical level and also helps to clear my mind and calm my thoughts. An all round positive experience for body, soul and mind 🙏❤️✨

unreal!! I found that when I went to an all inclusive hotel, I felt so free around all the food because well.. everyone else was having platefulls and eating what they wanted - so why couldn't I? I was so scared what everyone would think but as my mum said "Everyone else is too busy stuffing their faces to relaise what you're eating" lol!!

So the part of the video where you tell us you had a massage and the person put something in you hair. You lips are beautiful is that a lip stick or gloss cause if it is I have to have that color .
