Thanks for Watching!!!
You don't happen to live on Elm Street, do you?
No, but it’s possible some kids drowned while I was screwing around with a camp counselor.
It’s coming along Ross
Thanks!
I swear… those Madonna Headlights really sets the ol gal in a different class!
🤣 thanks!
did you hear about Italian tires dago thru mud dago thru rain when dago flat dago wop wop wop wop
🤣 thanks Alan!
🇮🇹👍🏻✌️,I enjoyed watching you working on Freddy Fiat ! Interesting engineering indeed !
Thank you!
I left all the goodies in the tool box for you, I darn sure didn’t know what they were for. 😮😮
🤣 it’s hard to say what you’ll find in the toolbox of that one you got. It’s the same as it was the day it arrived here
Gday Ross, I’ve sent you an Insta message with a couple of photos of the exhaust stabiliser bracket which is on a fiat 615
Cool!!!
Ross, liquid electrical tape is the way to cover those wires like that. Also, RTV can be used.
Sorry to hear you went to a wedding and did not bring a Bridesmaid home with you.
🤣 thanks Gary! It wasn’t for lack of trying 🤣🤣🤣
Your unbelievable with your great touch on these little tractors! I see on one other video of yours you was using a dewalt flash light? Like it? What model is it?
It’s super handy, but expensive! I think it was like $79. It should be in my Amazon store
Great video on the 1450 but you keep up and you will be like bugs bunny when he used to say I knew I should have made a left in abaqurice lol
🤣🤣🤣
Ross. Glad to see you found a 1450. Anxious to see how far you go with Freddie! We sold several of those in the late 60’s and they were solid workers. Especially the FWA units would work wonders on the Central Pennsylvania hills. One recommendation I would have is to never take the head off the tractor. Because of the open block design with the sleeves being flange mounted at the bottom of the block they used long studs that threaded into the lower part of the block to hold the head in place. Because the studs were exposed to the coolant they would corrode and weaken. When that happens the studs would not hold the torque and the head gasket would fail. It was almost impossible to get the studs out of the block because of the corrosion so there was not a low cost fix.
Cool! I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a front wheel assist one. That would be neat.
I am enjoying the import tractor series. I really wish you would get a old deutz like a d10006 I would love to see what you do with something like that
I find I’m falling harder for the little foreign tractors. I wouldn’t be opposed to one of those in the future…
It would be another shade of green for your farm
Ross, very good repair on the starter wire. I did notice there is a ground lug on the aluminum part of the starter. It evidently was not grounded hence you took it out of the tractor. 👍👍🙏🏽✌🏻🇺🇸
Special guest appearance from corn dog.
Buddy!!
Buddy!!!! We're is the tape?? ❤
🤣
I have a 1450 that I use as a primary tractor I have baled 1400 square baled this season with it
Well I've seen worse oil, that's for sure. Ross, what paint do you use? I've noticed that other green tractor color is a lighter shade of pale
I use AGCO paint. Also rust oleum Oliver green is a good match
I tried the Rustoleum performance enamel, I think it's Hunter Green. I think its a little dark, but sprays nice.@@rosstheoliverman
My block shows 2 batteries in the 1450 mine did not like it strat with only one
enjoyed the video thank you for taking us along
thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
frederico the fiat
My little I-talian buddy
👨🔧🚜👍👍
Thanks Tom!
I so much appreciate your channel Ross, when I think I am having misery then I watch your misery complete with animal sounds, then I do not feel so bad!!
🤣🤣🤣
Have you ever looked on yesterday's tractor site for parts it's for antique tractors just looking at it they sho exhaust for your little 1450 fuel filters air filters this thought I'd let you know about that site you might know about this site already
I’ll check it out, thanks!
The 1450 is definitely running more better. I wonder if new fuel filters will help the first cranking issue? Great video.
We’ll soon find out. I just got the new filter today
Again, Fiat's design is not impressive. Oil filter is too complex. Starter mounting is easy, but the starter wiring itself is ? Mr. Cricket is making ugly comments about it, he doesn't like it either, but you made it more better. Freddie sure needs a better exhaust, make him sound better. I can't wait to hear him under a load. Another good video. :)
There are more parts on the way! Thanks for watching!!!
After some thought… That must have been someone’s go to auger power. Why else would that PTO engage so easy from the ground? My bet is somebody wanted quick and easy access from the ground to engage and disengage…
I think that’s just the way they were
Making progress in inches rather than feet. "Freddie the Fiat" should make a nice odd job critter, even if just for moving things around and doing field checks. Hope you can find a parts source to keep a few things on hand for future "fixin" sessions.
Thanks Don!
I was making a brake line with stuff from napa and the fittings on the line were sae and tha dang coupler was metric, 🤬 that added to the blood pressure problem. Today it got worse and I ordered a $300 ss pre made brake line kit I'm through 🤬 around. That 1450 sure would have made me scratch my head wondering where to start.
It’s an adventure for sure!
I had the same situation I'm not getting my tractor to start put a new battery in it didn't help come to find out it was the cables the power cable or positive was coronavirus the inside
Yeah, I’m going to definitely make different cables for this one.
Great video Ross. Old Fredie's coming along really well there. Looking better all the time. Buddy's looking good there. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Keith!
Ross, I think Freddy enjoying the attention and the new oil. Thanks Michael
Thanks Michael!
The only reason I watch your videos is to see how your Struggle Bus is doing. Haha

Thank you!!
Shaping up nicely! Hey to Buddy. Be safe. Have a great day
Thanks Brad!
Hmmmmnm....so when we getting some White Fiat activity again?
Soon! I pulled it up so it’s in the way so that should make me work on it faster 🤣
Ole Freddy is becoming more "Normally" and more gooder!
Thanks Jonathan!
Little Freddy starting to look good and the old corn dog is quite a camera dog
Thanks John!
Be careful with the starter you can’t get parts for it.I never touched it on our two.
You can get a new one from Germany but it’s $900.
seems for $900 you could get pretty creative
You could get a cone type aftermarket air filter until you find the factory one.
I thought of that, but I ended up finding a cup that I think will work. We’ll find out when it gets here!
I have a feeling were going to see a lot more of this little guy. 👍🏻
Absolutely!
Another very educational video
Thanks!
Looking better already.
Thanks Jason!
I like Freddie. Good name
