Most selfish short sighted thing the elderly seem to love…. Every farm we find has conservation easements and make it impossible to run a farm brewery, or develop it in any way to actually be developed into a viable farm with agri tourism.
Thats not my understanding of the law. In Georgia, agribusiness and agritourism are acceptable uses under conservation laws. I would think a microbrewery that maybe grows its own corn and hops would qualify.
Conservation easements are forever. Forever is a long time.

Some want their next generations to enjoy the land, versus selling out to corps, and foolishly spending that money.
