Omg yes you just listed everything I love so much about his videos I’ve been watching garret long before his crazed dorito wall but look how far we’ve come and I will always continue to support him his content just brings be so much joy. I did music for 8 years and there’s just something about being able to watch them create the song and being part of it that makes you appreciate it so much more and I genuinely love and stunned by Garetts voice and that everyone balances each other out and gives them the confidence to keep trying to make music. Can we just give a shout-out to BRUCE!? He must be so cool to work with. They literally came in with only a track and no concept for the song and he was so chill about it, worked through writers block with them and did such a great job putting everything together! Garrett has obviously always been musically inclined, and I still don’t think he fully understands how much of a natural musician he is, to be able to execute ideas and concepts through the vocals and melodies he just naturally comes out with even when he’s messing around - stunning beautiful amazing incredible 😤
Honestly all of these four are just incredibly skilled musicians and beautiful people 😭 what a wonderful ensemble of people in one space it’s just full of joy! Caleb is such a delight and i wanna see more !!
Other than that I barely ever comment on youtube vids but this video has been my comfort video and encompasses the things I love, music and friendship. They’re all such good sports for sticking through the night together and I could lowkey feel the mild frustration and tiredness at times but they saw it through and had fun and pushing through isn’t necessary for a good video, but I will say with this one I’m just glad this video exists as it does, it’s so perfect and comforts me to no end.

I feel like these boys are the best of what Los Angeles is like… tons of super talented people kind of hanging around and no one knows!! Like the part where Garrett mentions that Bruce now produces for Katy Perry and they’ve all been actual friends with him for years. I’m also convinced that people like Andrew are floating around LA and are so legit talented at so many things but no one knows because they have normal people personalities instead of being super self promoting Hollywood types.
