Hello, question: do you think it s a fake-it til you make it kind of things or that it runs deeper than that? I totally agree with the welcoming vibes I notice it too but I feel like being welcoming is a particular mindset, not something that you can just switch on.
this is normal! we are our biggest critics. changing your mindset is something you have to practice and learn but you got this! just be mindful of your thoughts and train yourself to think positively instead
