I wish you had included what caused the rift between the USA and Iran, in this otherwise very informative video. If my memory serves me right, the USA, Britain, France, and Israel were taking the bulk of the country's resources along with the puppet Shah government. The rich expats had stores with signs saying, '''no Iranians or dogs allowed.'' The best buses were slated for the expats, and the Iranians had to wait in the sun, for the old rickety buses. The people decided to elect a democrat, Muhammed Mosaddeq, who nationalized the oil for the benefit of his people. The secret police were trained, armed, and financed by the USA and allies which murdered thousands of innocent men, women, and kids who demonstrated against his house arrest, until his death. They then secretly buried him in his living room. The students then decided to hold the USA embassy staff as leverage, so that that The USA would not play the same trick on them. The USA then sent in their navy seal to rescue the hostages whose helicopters crashed in the desert killing all, so the heavens were not on their side. The Iranians are good people, considering how cruelly they were treated by the USA, in their own land., they took good care of the hostages.

There is an error in this. The Nazis did not conquer the Caucasus; they briefly held a section of the north and the city of Maikop from August 1942 to January 1943. That they did not conquer the Caucasus and the oil fields within it was a key component of Germany's eventual defeat.

@@Epiphany_lace What's your point? Mine is not in defense of his innocense or guilt, only that he was an interesting figure for fans of history to examine.
Thank you so much for such detailed research. My previous knowledge on this subject was simply one lyric from Billy Joel's 'We Didn't Start the Fire, " - "Ayatollha's in Iran."
I visited Iran in 2014 for 2 weeks, during the height of the Obama administration (the locals that talked to me, spoke ill of him for releasing funds to the Mullahs). A truly magnificent nation, very well-educated urban population, a lot of young people, history, amazing food and extraordinary hospitality. However, the regime is suffocating them. I hope to see the day when Iran reverts to a more secular and prosperous society. They can recover in a matter of years, given how educated and young their young people are…I really hope for peace and prosperity for Iran 🙏
The Ayaotollah was accepted, within war, and within peace. Of all facts mentioned, that is key to understanding Islam, and where this world belongs. Some say in the beginning was light, yet they should refrain from anything additional. Just, and in Truth, only because someone stands by you, does not mean that they are appeased to reside in you, else they would prevail. Reverence, as I know Khomeini exists within, is not something issued, proclaimed, or abated. Peace is in accord with Justice. What then can be spoken of?

Are you Indian? I'm not too sure if he has Indian genes, but his family moved to India from Persia. His grandchildren are very goodlooking which was surprising to me.
He is actually from Indian ancestry, his surname is al hind.
Khamenei is next! God is with Israel forever! Amen
The God of current Israel is literally shaytan.
And stop confusing Israel aka Jacob with the current genocidal colonial entity in Palestine
... and could you create a video on Michael Collins (Liam Neeson played his life in the movie Michel Collins)
Can you do Stan Winston who made the special effects Great 👍
Ancestors traced back to india😢😢
Indeed.😢
You could trace your lineage from what’s between the stars.
A mistake in documentary....please correct it.
Sunnis do not support yazeed. They support first four caliphs of islam... Shia support Ali as caliph and his bloodline.. they were in yazeed team at first ,but when Husain was killed by yazeed they switched sides ,regretted and to this day do MATAM on 10 Muharram... Sunnis were always against yazeed .they fought with imam Hussain against yazeed. Zain ul abdeen remained alive in war against yazeed and his blood line is sunni.
Hahahahahahaha you must be living under a rock!
Sunnis absolutely love yazeed and to this praise him and his father.
Do some reading my friend! You’re local mawlana has misinformed you. 😂😂😂
He was a monster!
It maybe comes out from your mindset. You are monster dude😂. At least he did one thing that all people speak about or interst to hear about it. He is religious leader dude .

Can someone tell me in straight terms why he was permitted asylum in France.
I have my own thoughts here, I'd like to hear other peoples.
The government leader at that time (1955) sending him out of the country because of his activities against the government policy. He attempted to aware of people about theirs rights and what happened in government . It is long story.
@@graemeyetts3465 I blame it on the french authorities to shelter him.
@@ResNeeD1 that is false! He was against the White revolution which gave women the right to vote and eliminated the feudal system of agriculture. The mullahs like him owned much of the land where peasants lived in a very poor condition. These two issues were causes of his denouement of the Shah. Then, he wrote a letter to the American government that if he came to power he will maintain their interests.
It was an evil agreement between great powers to destroy Iran. That's all

He was the most hated person in the UnitedStates
Not just there worldwide.
Can I ask why , did Iranians impose sanctions on your country or did they invade your country. Do you think only you people are supreme to all 😮.
I believe the Mormon was the most hated persona of the U.S..

to most Iranians this guy is nothing less of a Hitler to Iran! go on comment down I'm not Iranian or I'm an Insider or whatever! sick of those of you who calling this guy a hero!
That's a massive compliment. Hitler was very popular in Germany, brought them out of a depression and rose them to a global superpower in a very short period of time.
Thank you! He was an evil monster.
@@collins1256no he didn't. He bankrupted the country, was the reason it was split in two, left them in debt and paying reprisals as well as leaving a stain on their history.
The only thing the socialist's liked was his rhetoric for blaming a certain group of people for the Germans plight.
Im iranian and love khomeini
Change your mindset, can't you see the real devil? And he is The only one raise against them
This video should be part of your dictatorship playlist
Political Science 101 Iran is not a dictatorship it's a representative theocracy
Iran is a beautiful country with beautiful people..I hope for their freedom and the freedom for woman.
How much do women want children in Europe? How many women are prostituting in streets and offices for the sake of their survival? How many women are loyal to their man? How many parents are sent to old homes by their children? How many women are in porn industry for some dollars?
For GOD sake, Europe is growing economically but declining in human values they are not now even thinking about these human values. Is this freedom? This is blindness. European elite classes are using and exploiting women.
😢😢😢😢 You did not mention anything about his regin. He created terrorits like Hezbollah.
That is not correct - Hezbollah was mentioned.
In your eyes they are Terrorist , may God make you understand
Confine the word Terror to a court room.

jesus is the most evil man in history
ive been waiting for this one this man managed to destroy a entire nation and turned it into a nightmare.

Currently reading 'Destiny Disturbed'. Thanks for this release.
There is an error in this. The Nazis did not conquer the Caucasus; they briefly held a section of the north and the city of Maikop from August 1942 to January 1943. That they did not conquer the Caucasus and the oil fields within it was a key component of Germany's eventual defeat.
He was a religious version of Saddam
No. Saddam was a megalomanic who was out for himself. Khomeini seems to have believed in his religion.

Crazy enough to picked in revolution by the people not a forced coupe like other “revolutions”
Does anyone noticed that Ayatollah born on 17 may 1900. Then probably he's oldest living man on the earth but sad that record survey so called Guinness World Book of Record is under USA preview and submission.
He was actually born in 1902. He died in 1989. But as you can see, his evil ideology outlived him. Iran now backs terrorist gruops Hamas and Hezbollah. Imo, the Iotollah was the third antichrist, or he helped create the third antichrist.
He died in 1989 tho. That's only 89 years old. Don't confuse Khameni (2nd supreme leader) with Khomeini (first supreme leader).
Excellent video. I enjoy studying modern Iranian history. I remember the 1979 revolution and one of the few Americans at that time who saw it coming and understand the underlying causes.
Fascism?
@@Epiphany_lace One of them was the 1953 coup which is not well known unless you study the history.

💪💪 The great man 😎
