Hi! Bead breaker tool dimensions: 15 cm the bolt with square thread and normal thread. Nut with square thread 2 cm, 10 cm inner tube, 12 cm outer tube. The other parts are approximate dimensions.

You have to be creative. To build this tool you dont need any instructions. If you watch carefully , you will understand how I built this tool.

There are many parts that need to be measured. I made the outer square 13 cm long, the inner square 10 cm long. The final height of the bead breaker tool is 15 cm.

¿Por qué necesita todas las piezas medidas? Use su imaginación. Intente hacer algo similar y funcionará. No es necesario seguir determinadas medidas. Puedes hacerlo más pequeño o más grande. De todos modos, hay demasiadas cosas que medir. Intente construir esta herramienta, no tiene que verse exactamente así. Éxito.

All that steel and welding to make something that can be done in 2 mins,,,,,,take the tire off the car,,,,,,put a small block of wood next to the rim,,,,put the tire under the rotor/drum,,,,,and lower the car,,,,,bingo bead broken
Your method works fine for truck tires. If you do the same with a tractor tire you are the best. ;)
Can't always use the car or tractor or atv to apply pressure to break the bead. Make the tool and it will be there waiting forever unless you lend it out and forget who borrowed it.
Nope, I've had 10,000 pound truck jacked up off ground to break some beads, and had to let it sit 30 minutes before it broke. Hard to cut off with grinder an not cut rim. I will build one for me. plus you can get a tube out of a tractor rear without taking the rim off tractor. Do that in your two minutes.
Dumb ass comment. The tire can be removed without taking it off the vehicle, like a tractor rear wheel.
