Definitely a great option as an accommodation house for a wealthy elderly person or someone with a disability that can’t go up stairs or can’t afford a home with an elevator inside. Other than that, I don’t see many people that would gravitate towards this home especially with the price tag although I could be completely wrong. Housing market demands can be surprising from what I’ve seen.
