Make sure to check out my other 4K longplays on their hardest difficulty! - ua-cam.com/play/PL-zOWmGvo0G_9jaE09_QZvzKT_iEKND9P.html
Check out my World Record speedrun of Perfect Dark XBLA: ua-cam.com/video/0MvEUvq9BuM/v-deo.html
You can also listen to the full soundtrack in high quality here! - ua-cam.com/video/r2vJ0UorSCI/v-deo.html
Despite this longplay having over 100k more views than the GoldenEye one, the cheating accusations are way lower. I suppose people are for some reason more butthurt about completing GE without any hit than Perfect Dark, despite this being the harder game.
However I'll say the same as in the other one - if you believe there are cheats involved or anything here, I recommend you to learn the game first before trying to analyze how I'm a cheater.
    Enjoy the video!

I love how the gameplay and setting are super gritty and intense while the plot and characters are as far off the wall as they can be. A talking laptop with wings, a leather jacket wearing graylien, and an army of space lizards wearing Swedish bodybuilder holograms. It’s freaking great. You can see a level of carefree creativity that would come from the same company that gave us conkers’ bad fur day.

Seems like a cliché to pine about the good old days but gaming was new, naive but full of life and passion back then. We seem to take anything new and suck the soul out of it with corporate greed so I don't think we're wrong to feel that way. Same way I don't begrudge older generations from thinking music has lost a lot of authenticity too.

This is still the best FPS, as far as I can tell. Co-op, counter-op, endless options, modes, weapon selects, etc in the multiplayer, crazy story (aliens, government conspiracies), awesome music with real effort put into (a track in 5/4 time, another track in 15/8 -- all great music throughout), awesome characters, level design depth (can be straight forward if you want, but plenty to explore -- hidden cheese, secret locations), unique CHALLENGES, different perspectives on different difficulties for some levels, affecting later levels with actions done in previous levels, the really amazing difficulties (for those who want to play casually, to those who are masochists), the funny easter eggs throughout (I once shot a guard, and the guard next to him said "I never liked him much anyway"), the innovation in the weapon and world design. Even the mystery of the Chicago ghost adds to this game's awesomeness.
There's no other FPS that has this much effort put into it. This is a one of a kind game. The peak of its kind.

Fun Fact: The reason why Perfect Dark is seen as the spiritual successor to Goldeneye is due to the fact that when Rare originally had the rights for the first game, they were able to buy them for a reasonable fee, but after the popularity of the Bond franchise skyrocketed from both the game and movie, MGM demanded a much higher amount to do a sequel to Goldeneye or at least the next movie in the franchise. Thus the movie-based games went to a different studio that could afford it, and Rare opted to make Perfect Dark, hence the high similarities between Goldeneye and Perfect Dark.
