65m HKD...thats horrific. I feel like these houses are deliberately priced at such a high amount to try and catch out the foreign suckers who don't know about the better, larger properties for cheaper out in the NT.
HK$62M will get you a >1,500 square foot flat in Repulse Bay with stunning sea views and a clubhouse.
