Wow. Thank you for getting creative and freeze drying so much. It gives me ideas. We had our freeze dryer for a year and a half, but I've mostly used it to preserve things from our garden. I'm going to have to expand my horizons.

Amazing! I am shocked at how many things you have tested out and preserved in your freeze dryer. I love that you think of the dogs for preservation as well. Hubby doesn't seem to mind helping you with the prep either. I think that is so sweet. I can't get my husband in the kitchen....lol

Loved all the freeze dried candies. Bummer about the milk duds. Grapes sound amazing.
We were able to redo the milk duds and they turned out wonderfully. They were one of my favorite freeze dried candies! Those and bit of honey💖💕

I am on my second time around watching....with more to come whenever I get a freeze dryer. I really appreciated so many different foods being shown and the outcomes. The rehydrating of the dog food was great for me to see along with so many of the other familiar food products we have in our kitchen. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Corey and I are both so socially awkward but we try to make the most out of it with all of our kitchen mishaps. We try to keep it real and not just be all sunshine and roses. Sometimes we get interrupted by kids, pets, phone calls, losing power. Sometimes we are tired. Sometimes things taste strange.😂 We are the hot mess express.

It's always fun watching you and Cory shrink stuff! I always enjoying seeing what you pull out to dehydrate. You are so right about the quality of pet foods going down, and it was mostly terrible to start with. Red lobster-style biscuits on top of pot pie is brilliant!!
