Norway F-35 Ceremony

The F-35 combat plane is essential for securing and enforcing Norwegian sovereignty and is a very important contribution to Norwegian defense capability and NATO's collective defense capabilities. The government marked the acquisition with a ceremony at Ørland in Trøndelag on 10 November, where the King and the Prime Minister participated. "This is an important milestone for Norwegian defense capabilities and makes Norway safer," said Prime Minister Erna Solberg.

They got 3 in Nov 2017 and will receive 6 more in 2018 (all based in Norway) in addition to the 7 stationed in then US as part of it's training unit..

I dont like the exhaust i.e. hot engine of the F35. Easy to detect with IRST which negates the stealt of the aircraft.

Only from the rear as the jet blocks the exhaust tip from the front and most of the sides.

The F-35 is a technology masterpiece! You can stimulate a fight between a F-16 and F-35 i can promise you the F-16 would't stand a chance.
The F-16 would be hit and blown up way before they even manage to spot the F-35 with there own eyes radar wount work....because of the F-35 stealth.
