This set up can only be used as a hatcher, as an incubator you will loose lots of eggs due to it takes too long to turn them twice a day, at least. The eggs get too cold and you will upset the developing embryo that in turn will be a chicken or duckling / gosling. But the idea of utilising a fridge that are non working is a good idea.
Não dá certo porque depois de alguns dias os ovos começão a gerar calor e vai ultrapassar os 38 graus porque a geladeira é muito isolada termicamente, mesmo o termostato desligando o calor gerado pelos ovos é maior que o das lampadas, tem que abrir varios buracos na geladeira para resolver esse problema, além de ter que girar os ovos todos os dias

Good idea.
How have you ensured proper Oxygen supply for better incubation. Perhaps it has failed due to lack of proper oxygen supply. Similarly the small cups/glasses used for water storage for humadity, will not meet the minimum desired humadity. Don't know if W1209 can support that much load. Appears a failed effort. Sorry comments are not meant to hurt your feelings

So eggs can be locked without air ,I need a clearification on the instrument thermo you installed and why outside?, What is the easier way or easier one to use to check the humility and temperature

Add humidity controller for better result. Because you are going to hatch 200 eggs. And you need to maintain a bit space in between each eggs.
i have measured humidity by using humidity meter that's 55 so we dont need ..by the way thanks for giving me suggestion

So do you suggest that I set all eggs say on Oct 1st, (30-40% humidity), then Oct 15 is lockdown for the quail and I need to increase the humidity to 60-70%... Chicken eggs will keep turning until Oct 19, but won't the humidity mess up the hatch?
Usually it won't have too big an impact on the chicken eggs, but it would be better to start the quail eggs later, so they hatch at the same time. I have done this more than one time, and it works very well. It also depends on where you live, I live in Norway and we usually don't raise the humidity until just before the hatch, due to the incubator keep a high enough humidity until hatching day. But if one lives in a dryer climate, one should add enough moisture so the air bubble in the egg doesn't get too big.
