Looks a great idea, but I wonder how you were able to turn all those eggs 3 times daily manually. It will be better if you invested in an automatic or semi automatic turner.

It's crazy how lazy western people are. Like, for a villager who does this for a living, its a regular day work...i mean, what it take 20-40mins per turn? 500-1000 seconds to turn 200eggs.
