Some dude I was playing against was metal cooler and kept using those ki blasts just to knock my health down so I copied his tactics and it became more of a fair fight but in this game I assume we gotta watch our opponent and gauge how they work

For those that don't know, if you can read their ki blast usage you can counter it. R3 being ps5 and do follow ups after that, it's taught in super training. I saw too many people use it thinking it was safe and punished those who did it.

Should I swap control scheme? I've noticed that the classic controls is really scuffed when it comes to swapping characters, emote and transformations, cause some genius that it would be funny to have them all on the same button. So you just have to spam and hope that the emote screen doesnt come up cause that one stops everything and you need to take it down before you can press any commands lmao

If you're on Playstation it's the circle button. You have to use super perception at the last second. You can practice it in the guard portion during battle training. There is a sonic sway section you can research in battle training for more information

What’s the best thing to do when people just throw out ultimates in sparking mode? Is there a way to avoid it other than holding block? Cuz some ults u hit block at the right time and dodge but then the attack continues and u get hit by it regardless
@@itsbdot I tried to do that but it doesn’t come out consistently I’ll have to practice it. These xenoverse mains better enjoy it while it lasts. If u don’t have the ki to do it, is it best to just block?
@@itsbdot well I’ve learned it depends on how close you are to them. If they are right in front of you you need to be holding block before they do it or it’s just guaranteed it seems. Very frustrating. At a range tho if u have 2 skill points you can deflect it with B or circle

With Goku, if you jump while on the ground and hold ki you'll throw a mini destructo disc. Didn't see it in training...
Every character has a unique jump ki attack android 18 throws 5 blasts when she jumps
