I've found french really intimidating. Thankfully I found you! Thank you so much. Your lessons help me a lot. I'm also learning Spanish from you!! I'm so excited!!!!
I'm a fan of the Spanish tutor videos and your podcast and now excited to practice French with you. I must confess I am starting to hear your voice in my sleep. Haha 😄
Ha Ha. Liking you guys already. Watching from Western Canada. Not much French spoken here but a history of early French "voyageurs" explorers who also found their way into the central, western and southern USA. I like the way you guys speak French without all that feminine culture of mainland France, you got a more rough-edged southern USA Louisiana Territory style. Lots of French place names from early exploration all over North America........ State of Illinois, Des Moines City, Lake Couer d'Alene, Pend 'Oreille River, The Dalles Town ........

Not much French spoken here but a history of early French "voyageurs" explorers who also found their way into the central, western and southern USA. I like the way you guys speak French without all that feminine culture of mainland France, you got a more rough-edged masculine USA Louisiana Territory style. Lots of French place names from early exploration all over central and western North America........ State of Illinois, Des Moines City, Lake Couer d'Alene, Pend 'Oreille River, The Dalles Town, Portage La Prairie Town, Lac La Hache Village........ The only area in western Canada where French is still spoken is in southern Manitoba Province, and a few enclaves in some cities. In eastern Canada French is everywhere. As recently as the 1950's eastern Canadian French had not changed much from the French of 1600's France.
As a Spanish speaker I noticed how the French alphabet it so similar to the Spanish alphabet, in fact the r sounds are the exact same way I felt like am learning Spanish all over again lol
Am learning frence. What's really makes me find it hard is pronunciation. For Chinese learner it maybe easy for them. Ex. Bongsouso. Chinese people says Bong so.
Cahier - kayekh - notebook Un crayon - a pencil Un stylo - a pen A - ah B - beh C - seh D - deh E - eh (tongue a bit forward) F - ef G - je (j = s in vision) H - aash I - e J - ji (j = s in vision) K - ka L - el M - em N - en O - oh P - peh Q - kuh (tongue a bit forward) R - eyakh S - s T - teh U - ooh (tongue a bit forward) V - veh W - doobla veh X - iks Y - igrekh Z - zed
I love your videos Danny (especially the Spanish) ones but your pronunciation of some of your French letters is a bit off. /B/ you are pronouncing as "beh" and it's "bay", same with the /D/, /P/ etc. Slightly different sound phonetically.
Learning Spanish and French together is like banging your head against the wall. Whatever you learn first, you will automatically try to pronounced similar works in that accent lol For me it's spanish first and French 2nd. I kept trying to count 11-19 in spanish when I started learning them. 😅

oh wow, so that's how strong French's influence on Russian language. we pronounce separate letters from alphabet in the exact same way as french does.
👍🏾👍🏾
The hardest letters are e q r u and y
Resemble Russian pronunciation)
Isn't that similar to German language alphabets?
Teacher please write word with their spelling Infront of
