For those who might be interested - this amazing little amp’s looper has the functionality I haven’t seen in any other loopers - it records incoming audio signal via USB. I tried it with Logic Pro for Ipad and it works - and in midi sync mode!

I originally wanted the Bass 50BT b/c of the bigger speaker and better low end but I play guitar too and would like an amp I could do both. From what I heard, I would prefer the external speaker cabinet. I love that NuX has given us that option.
this stuff is a true gold mine ....so far the ultimate device with have been dreaming of 4 decades🏆 no more hastle, no more GAS coz you cannot do this or feel limited with that so you need to buy extra gears🎖 looper, drum machine, ext. speaker out + power amp, usb audio interf, multiFX with tons of capabilites, IR's loader + inbuilt IRs ....man that's sick !!!
QUESTION: Can you record a loop with one tone and jam over it with another? Whether that's dialing in different settings after the fact or changing presets while the loop is going? Also, if you record a guitar loop over a built-in drum groove, will the guitar loop time be dictated by when the drum loops back around again, or is there potential to have the guitar loop slowly drift off over enough time?
Nice demo, and great playing. I got a Mighty Space and liked it so much I also got a Mighty Plug Pro. I found the patches be used on both. I use Mightier App (not MightyApp) and a MIDI Captain to control both.

How would I drive a stereo rig? For example would the headphone out be "linear" and usable into two Katana MKII amp inputs? How would I drive a Line 6 Powercab 212 Plus and take advantage of the stereo inputs in that cab? Can I upload IRs? Are there IRs for acoustic guitar piezo to get better tone?

After playing few days on my Mighty Space I've found one missing thing (that's present on MG-30) - Harmonist and Octaver. Did you use the speaker out? The Mighty Space has a D-Class power amp before this output so the signal will be VERY loud. The power amp input of the katana is an input that goes into the Katana power amp... so you send an already amped up signal again into another power amp. You should really be careful where you connect the speaker output to! You might ruin your gear!
Hi. Just bought this. But I’m struggling. Can someone tell me how to do the firmware upgrades. Do I have to connect to a pc? Or can I connect using my iPhone? And do I have to download a driver? Thanks.
The nux website on the product page at the bottom has a PDF with instructions how to update. Essentially need to download the firmware either for PC or Mac. Then have to plug with USB cable in firmware update mode and run the downloaded firmware to run the update. It's not hard if you follow the instructions in the PDF file.

I’ve heard from some recent comments elsewhere that some of my mine gripes have been mitigated by firmware update, but all the overdrive/distortion sounds so muddy/muffled and it has me begging to remove the “blanket” that is restricting any sparkle/top end. And given your playing with a Strat style single coil, my concern is increased when used with HB.
I did a firmware update for MS.... now the editor on PC does nothing, says no amp connected. I can still fool with presets using my phone.... so how do I get the PC to work again?
@@JokoReantasoMusic ok. That means that the mighty space port has the usb host functionality. I would suggest to highlight that feature as well. Some other amps like the line 6 catalyst (60w version) has usb port and the amp.admit midi commands, but another device (midi host) is required to be able to connect the amp with the controller. mighty space basically have everything. I could only suggest to add more fx in the future, for example a wah, a whammy pedal, an octaver, an sustainer or a feedback generator. It would be awesome to have them all!
Same goes for the Nux MG-30, it can be controlled by USB by a midi host adapter but NUX does not really highlight this function and there is no way to set it to one MIDImchannel, as far as I can tell it’s permanently set to Omni
Why are you not answering the viewer’s questions? I have had the amp since March 2024 still like it. 30 seconds of loop time, speaker out mutes the speakers, portrait only no landscape mode on phone or iPad. Microsoft won’t download 3rd party apps unless the S-Mode is deleted. The firmware update has some cool new features & effects. The only bad sounding effect is the Mono Octave.
Great review and playing , got a question when you switch on the app from channel 7 to 6 do you also get deafening white noise sound? Apart from that this thing is ace. Seems like just a small software bug but my ears are ringing now.
Can you please elaborate on how switching works when using midi over USB? Is there a specific map of CC signals that fit this amp? Additionally- will midi triggering also allow switching on and off effects such as booster or modulation effects using the appropriate CC number? Thank you in advance for your reply. P.S. Just picked one of these up yesterday, it’s really cool, I already own the MG-30 and the Mighty Air , and this falls somewhere in between as far as modeling is concerned, I think the one thing that sets Nux apart the others are the 32 bit converters, that being said there are a few things that need improvement, connection via Bluetooth to the Amp has been a bit flaky , keep getting connection update notifications in the app, seems to settle down after a little while, the other gripe is why an amp with such a large feature set only have 7 memory slots? That is very limiting, also in the app there is no way that I know to copy and paste the memory slots, also seems a bit odd in a stereo amp like this not to include ping pong delay, this exists on the mighty air.One question I have is can this also be charged via USB-C ?

They have now it’s called Mono Octave. Down load the latest firmware.

I had spark 40 and sold it immediatelly. Now I have the Nux and it is Amazing
With gear it is always a bit what you need. One big difference is that the NUX Mighty Space has an IR loader and the Positive Grid Spark don't.
