I moved to New York 6 months ago and im very homesick. Watching that has just made me want to come home even more. I miss the cold, the Neds, The people, the Accent, buildings, buses, diesel cars, the barras and so much more. This is an awesome city and im deffo coming back soon!
God, I miss the old place. I moved to Atlanta - from Easterhouse - three years ago. I'm heading back to Glasgow, for six weeks, in October, and I can't wait. Thanks for posting both these videos, Tony.
And to think: as you filmed that last shot of the Stewart Fountain, Monty and I were fast approaching to your left! Another great slice of Glasgow, deserving of a gazillion views.
Nice vid Tony. I lived there last year for nine months and this made me homesick. I lived in Bridgeton and walked by most of these sites everyday on my walk to work in the city.
Probably the most diverse city in the world.. I should konw as I live in South Yorkshire.. But ...I'am Glasgow born and bred. Such a beautiful city. You have to be gone to see the beauty of it and it's people . Jim
good footage keep it going. i like history when film work is done this it s great , i have just done an H.N.C photographpy & love to do this kind of work.....
be good to see a video from you just about the city centre streets and more of broomielaw/secc area - loved tower shot in your first video though - well done!
I moved to Vancouver, Canada 4 years ago and seeing this was pretty cool. Although you showed a lil bit too many pubs lol, some of them were just skanky ass pubs as well. I actually liked the scene in the Cemetery. You know what though - take some summer footage lol
