Never have I ever eaten Brunswick stew. I wonder if that will still be true a week from now. I’d sure love to get some of those cans out of my house. Especially since I became a pandemic food hoarder. Those expiration dates are coming!

That sounds really good Jim!!! Having the biscuits with the stew is a nice side! I have you ever tried the "Keystone Canned Beef" ? It is a bit pricy but wow really good. Great idea for a quick dinner!!
I haven’t seen any one do this one. A Hawaiian Casserole. Try this one Lu Pulu 1 can (12 oz.) corned beef mashed with a fork. 5 Tablespoons Best Foods Mayo 1-1/2 jasmine rice cooked with 1 can Coconut Milk 1 can spinach drained About 5 tbs. Mayo Teriyaki sauce Cook jasmine rice in rice cooker. Prepare, using coconut milk and add water to directions water amount. Add a little salt. Preheat the oven to 350º. Spray a rectangle baking dish with non sticking spray. When rice is done. Layer bottom of baking dish with rice. Next spread layer of spinach on rice. Spread with Mayo. next layer the top with corned beef. Drizzle some teriyaki sauce on top of corned beef. Bake 10-12 minutes. Serve with more teriyaki sauce.
