Both this and the bossvault were made from a template. I believe I was messing around with missions, and then I made the Bossvault, which actually used purely vanilla bosses prior to adding the very first version of the Ancient One. Another fun fact: Extended Story actually started off as a very small mod with the name "Lunar Eye Gaming's mod".
@@portalmech4770 I used the challenge room template for the Bossvault. The vanilla bosses that I used were Dreadwing and Kluex Avatar(and possibly a vault guardian in a duet with the previously-mentioned boss). That's why the Ancient One was based off of Dreadwing and the Ancient Avatar was a more difficult version of Kluex Avatar.
The laser area* can be cheesed with a grappling hook and a boss rush mod can be nice
This strikes me as similar to the boss vault. Almost like it was abandoned to be forgotten in space
