Making chilaquiles for breakfast is a labor of love...love for good comforting food. There are always shortcuts to mexican food recipes, but there is nothing better than making it from scratch!

One of my bucket list items is to drive my Wrangler into the mountains and visit camp where Marco is hanging out and doing some cooking, he seems like the coolest guy around and his Jeep never fails to give me ideas for my own. OUTSTANDING Marcos! Chilaquiles is my all time favorite. Beats boring breakfast burritos hands down! I like making mine with chorizo. Good call on the El Pato, that’s a staple in my pantry. But you take it to the next level by making your own chips!
