- Ride has an amazing lineup of boards for 23/24! When it comes to the Warpig, what kind of rider is that specific board for exactly?

Picked up SuperPig last season, and she’s a beast. Shorter, faster, wider.
My favorite daily driver
@@TheDylanTran nice! Enjoy the ride!
Wish I was a couple decades younger, Miss those Powder days out West.
The Warpig is a pretty incredible board and crazy easy to ride in the pow for anyone
I’m 6’ and 260lbs. I have a size 12 boot. I usually ride a burton 159. I’m torn between the 158 and 154.
Wouldn’t go any smaller than the 158
@@PeterGlennSports I’m planning on loosing some weight. Because of my height would I still stick with the 158?
6'5, 235, with size 13s & on the 158. Tall folks, rest assured.
👍Small board for big peeps!
I’m almost the exact size. It’s this or Niche Pyre which is a little cheaper. Anyone have thoughts on this?
@@dustindavey289 I haven't been on the Niche before but I can tell you the Warpig is CRAZY fun to ride and it has a bigger volume shift than the Niche so you can drop down a bit more.
Yeah I'm 6ft5 200 with size 12's I'm very skeptical of downsizing to a 158 from a 166, I ride lots of cliffs pillows and big mtn, this should still be fine?
that's a great board. i prefer the Twin Pig personally, just found it more fun for presses and switch, but I assume it's less apt for pow.
Twinpig "Who For" video dropping on next Wednesday the 25th 😉
@@PeterGlennSports tl;dr: me. it's for me. 😂
😆@@jplpagan
@@PeterGlennSportsalso doing a superpig who is it for?
@@WAco-se9wf The Superpig is basically a Warpig that has been suped up with a higher end fiberglass, carbon and bend. The Superpig is for the exact same style of rider as the Warpig, but they are a more aggressive/advanced rider.
I’m 5’7 185 size 10 boots. I usually ride a 150 park board was size is for me I’m heavier
I'd go with the 148 for a good "park to pow" ride. However if you are keeping your park board for park sessions then I'd go with a 151 for a little more all mountain/freeride stability.

@@PeterGlennSports thank you so much
5’10 195lbs with 11.5 shoe, recommendations for size? My old Ride Decade 158 is too big, I used a Spring Break Powder Racer 154 yesterday and really enjoyed it. I am considering this board and the spring break for all mountain, no park for me… Thank you!
If you are not riding park at all the 154 would be a great size for you. RIDE WARPIG-> www.peterglenn.com/product/ride-warpig-snowboard-adults
exact lineup i have, warpig everyday, powder racers on the super deep days
@@unknowndayglo7455 such a fun line up!
HELP: Warpig vs Psychocandy vs Dance haul , intermediate rider, mostly on groomers, wanna try some pow, have fun on groomers, hit sidejumps, play around the while my girl is progressing to take turns on a board, 177, 200lbs, coming from a Rossi Jibsaw
Start with a decision between the Dancehall vs Warpig. It is really a matter of profile. If you want the extra stability of the flat/rocker in the Warpig or the snappier more aggressive feel of the camber/rocker of the Dancehaul. Then with the Psychocandy it’s basically a smoother easier cruising version of the Warpig.
@@PeterGlennSports I go with the dancehaul, just unsure for the size, 152 or 154, 5'8/1,76, 200lbs, US 9 Boot
@@t-woodpeckers1185 154
I am 5’10, 200lbs, 10.5 boot size…I like to carve and go fast but remain stable, I am also an intermediate rider…I am torn between the 154 and 158…what size would benefit me more in your opinion? I also plan to lose 10-20lbs so I wonder how that could affect things in the future.
With the volume shift 154 would fit you perfectly. No need to go up to the 158 as it would be too close to what you would usually ride. RIDE WARPIG-> www.peterglenn.com/product/ride-warpig-snowboard-adults
Thank you so much! Keep up the great work and solid videos!
Hi Peter! I’m 6 foot and about 150 pounds. What size would you recommend for this board? Appreciate your time
I'd go for the 151 👍
Thank you in advance. I am 5’5” 175 , should I get 148?
Nailed it! 148 would be perfect. Enjoy the ride!
Really nice video! What about 5’10, 180lb with 9.5 boots? I’m considering 154 or 151.
151 for sure, believe it or not but the 154 might feel a little too big under your feet. RIDE WARPIG-> www.peterglenn.com/product/ride-warpig-snowboard-adults
Would you say the superpig is better for riding switch?
Not necessarily, the Superpig is basically the higher end, suped up version of the Warpig.
@@PeterGlennSports I'm super pumped to try shorter boards as I'm 6ft5, lots of trees cliffs and pillows I ride but I also love riding switch
@@HighBall-wt8jp heck yeah! Jump on a 158 Warpig or Superpig and you’ll love it!!!
At 6’3 230 would the 158 still be too large given the volume shift? I can’t imagine I’d need to size down to a 154. Great video as always!
158 would be perfect for you and your size! 👍
I’m 6’2 and 195-200 with a size 13 boot. I’d say I’m an advanced rider and been riding for about 10 years. Would the 154 or 158 be best?
158 for sure 👍
@@PeterGlennSports awesome, thanks 🙏
I'm 180 cm and 84 kg and have 11.5 boots. what size does it indicate? thanks
I wouldn’t go any smaller than the 154 👍
Hi Peter, im 5'9 155lbs and looking for my first snowboard. I have been riding for a couple years but never really cared about boards, their types or sizing and now I want an all moutain snowboard and found 148 Warpig on the internet. What do you thing about it?
Size 10 boots
148 would be the perfect size for you
I am 6’2 and 190 pounds what size do you think I would be good on for this board? Also I have been skating and surfing my whole life I have only snowboarded twice but loved it so I’m looking to get my own board this year!
With the volume shift on this board I wouldn’t go any smaller than the 154. Check out this video about volume shift for a great visual explanation-> What Is A Volume Shift Snowboard Exactly?

@@PeterGlennSports so 154 would be perfect? Also my shoe size 11 in vans
@@Honkypunk yeah no problem this board is wide enough for even 13-14’s
hey i have a 2022 warpig (don’t know if 2024 have same size recondition) size 151 im 5,11ft 140lb size 9 shoe should i have gone for the 148?
Same board just a different graphic from 22-24 so you are good to go on the 151 👍
I am 5’7 130 should I get the 148 or 142?
148 will be perfect
Im 5’8” 240lb boot 9
Normally 159 Any size recommendations or Stay at 159?
For the Warpig you could drop down to the 154 👍
Hi peter im 5'6 180lbs
What size would you recommend?
148 would be perfect 👍
6'0 220 size 12 shoe - what size you recommend? IM A BIG BOY
154 would be perfect
also im a beginner.. still a good choice?@@PeterGlennSports
@@PeterGlennSports forgot to mention im a beginner.. do you think this board still suits me?
@@joey7409 If you are a beginner I wouldn't suggest the Warpig. I would maybe look at some traditional sized boards in the beginner/Int realm closer to the 162-165 range. Check out the Nitro Prime, its one of our most popular boards that will take you from first time rider all the way up to the point where you develop a more specific riding style and are ready for a higher end board -> www.peterglenn.com/product/nitro-prime-view-snowboard-mens?
I plan on getting this exact board! I am 5'8 @ 180 pounds, how long should my board be
I’d go with the 151, perfect size for you in the warpig-> www.peterglenn.com/product/ride-warpig-snowboard-adults
@@PeterGlennSportswhy should I size to 151 if my suggested length is 155?
@@travisdiep8443 This board has a volume shift so you want to buy it shorter than your suggested size. Check out this video about volume shift boards for a great visual explanation -> ua-cam.com/video/4uehOtKStNg/v-deo.html
I am the same size as you with a 10 boot and I am riding the 148. I suggest that if you want a more playful sk8like snowboard. I ride all mountain and also my local indoor park so the 148 is very fun to throw around and hit side hits with. It is also still very stable at speed. Ride recommends 6-10cm downsize which brings me at either 148 or 151. It is super wide so I am happy I went 148, weight recommendations go all the way to 200 pounds for the 148 as well. Hope that helps. @@travisdiep8443
I'm 5'10 260 lbs
Would 154 be best for me ?
Thanks
154 would be good, definitely wouldn’t go any smaller
I am 5.6 tall, 152lbs and use 8/8.5 boots. Which size should i go for? 148 or 151? And will both work? Just bought a 151, but unsure if it will be to big
Yeah the Warpig has a volume shift of 6-10cm so the 151 is going to be too big. You would honestly want to get the 142 for your perfect size. Check out this video on volume shift for a great visual explanation -> What Is A Volume Shift Snowboard Exactly?
