Hi Michael. I’m 5’6” and after doing some riding I’d say it’s probably the right height for me. It definitely blocks a fair amount of wind and you can “fine tune” it with the adjustability. My main issue before was that wind was coming off of the shield and being directed into the forehead are of my helmet. This has made a significant difference there. I can’t say it’s eliminated all cases of wind noise but definitely most. I also wear earplugs. Cheers!🍻
customer service sucks from madstad. The truss nuts are hard to get on and if you lose any while installing you have to buy them from them. Not a here's a couple for your troubles.

Move your knobs from "inside" to "outside" to make it easier to adjust.
