It is a CRIME that Iron Man vs Cap and Bucky in Civil War, was not even mentioned in best fight scene. The raw emotion in that fight alone between Iron Man and Captain America is enough to get my vote.

I cannot, let me repeat CANNOT believe that Winter Soldier wasn't even considered in the discussion of best fight scene. Cap's infiltration of the ship at the beginning and the fight against Winter Soldier on the street in the middle of the movie are some of the most well-choreographed, hand to hand, grounded in reality fights in the MCU. I won't argue against the airport scene on Civil War being number one because it's fuckin awesome. But the Winter Soldier fights remind me so much of Hong Kong film fights and are so well shot. I was hoping it would at least be mentioned.

Terminator is some of my favorite films and winter soldier is a straight up terminator movie. While also being a bad ass spy flick and displaying legit martial arts. Best fights
Yeah the combat was amazing in it. But i guess CGI won.
I don't really have anything against CG fights if they're done right (Hulk vs Thanos was spectacular). And I watch superhero movies for all the beams and superpowers. But when they go out of their way to make a fight scene feel real and grounded like in Winter Soldier, it stands out as different. And since I'm a fan of martial arts movies as a whole, those types of fights catch my attention a lot more. That's what makes the fights in Winter Soldier so entertaining for me.
The sheer disrespect to Winter Soldier by this panel is shameful. Glad people in the comments know what's up.

Thor and Hulk have a bromance for literally one movie. Cap and Bucky is the only choice here for best bromance.

Im shocked they all put GOTG 2 above 1. I really liked 1 MUCH more
My only hard disagree is on favorite fight - just because the shot that still hits so hard for me is the wide of Cap and Bucky passing the shield back and forth, beating on Tony, at the end of Civil War. The emotional weight of watching them in hand to hand combat and Tony getting the shit kicked out of him, followed by him blasting off Bucky's arm, is so powerful, on top of it being choreographed beautifully.
25 days of Christmas would be amazing. Watching the 2 amazing Home Alones and the 27 terrible ones. Santa Clause trilogy. Jingle All the Way

They gotta leave out Die Hard, I don't wanna rile up arguments about whether or not it's a Christmas movie but it'd be so different from the rest of the movies they wouldn't be able to compare it to anything else or just auto-place it at number 1 for it being badass.
I want to thank you guys for doing the MCU in Review - I was never a huge superhero guy but my best friend was. I had only seen Iron Man, Avengers & both GoTG previously before you guys introduced MCU in Review, it was the motivation i needed to see what all the fuss was about with Marvel and man now i realise i really missed out on so many great movies and discussions back in the day! Now im buzzing for Antman & Wasp (pun not intended.)
Also that creepy aunt May scene. I didn't notice it, but my Mom did lol she was super hung up on it and totally thought it had a creepy vibe. So it's ok Andy, you are not alone. My mom is there too
Interesting that 4/5 of the guys ranked Ragnarok above Civil War in their personal rankings, but when doing the ranking of Ragnarok only Andy and Kevin said they thought it was better than Civil War! Glad to see the other guys come to their senses.

Winter Soldier I think is the best Marvel movie and it isn't even close. It has a good mix of incredible action, goofy scenes (I'm thinking of the one with the digital Hydra guy), and unlike a lot of other MCU movies, it feels like it's actually about something. Captain America struggles with the deterioration of trust that has happened to society with Nick Fury and Shield and Hydra and all of that, and it compounds itself halfway through when he realizes the one person he did trust is on the enemy's side. But then it's more or less restored in the end when Cap's trust in Bucky reflects back on him when he saves him.
It's great.
Andy will know what I'm talking about: On ESPN.com there used to be a poll system to power rank teams, by dragging teams from one spot to another and then fans could submit their rankings. We need a poll system like that when it comes to ranking, rather than a simple poll of "What's the best MCU movie" and thinking somehow that could be used as a ranking based on results. A poll like that isn't asking what's the 5th best movie and the 6th best movie, it only asks people to pick their favorite. Use a system, do some work, get a real ranking from your fans!

Cap 1 was the Rocketeer/Jumanji/Honey I Shrunk the Kids guy.
And then Cap 2 and 3 were Russo Bros.
So those sequels/trilogie gets the love because of the Russo Bros.
And then Avengers 1 and 2 are Joss Whedon and then 3 and 4 are Russo Bros.

How did you guys make the best fight scene the airport scene? IMO Cap and Bucky vs Ironman at the end of civil war.
Best fight scene is civil war airport fight it's all the avengers fighting each other like that's the best hands down
Love this show and loved this episode but really disagree with the GotG 2 love. That movie, while good, did not hit with me nearly as well as the first.

I mean... I get it, though. As a stand-alone, it's a solid film with a great message, so it can easily be a lot of people's favorites who aren't even into superhero movies or the MCU. But when comparing it to other films in the MCU overall not everyone is going to rank it that high simply because they have their own preferances.
It was good but other movies were stronger.
People be tripping. One of the best films of the year, not just MCU good. Great characters, great villain, engaging on more than just superficial stuff.

Y’all should do the NMCU in review. And do all non marvel cinematic universe but are marvel movies: like Xmen, ghost rider, original spidermans, etc. and review them and then rank ALL marvel movies mcu and non mcu

I ranked movie based on the ranking the guys gave it. The lower the total point score...the higher on the list. In Example, Andy ranked Spider-Man #6 on his list...therefore the movie receives 6 pts. He ranked Ragnarok #1 which adds only 1 point. After tallying up all of their personal rankings...here is the consensus...
