When I was 8 years old I thought of a sharpened side on my Fork so I didn't have to use a knife to cut my steak, mom told me I was an idiot people would cut themselves and they would sue me that was before the day of the disclaimer in 2017 I saw on Food Network a man that has created it , an oversized three-prong fork with a slightly sharpened side sells it to steakhouses worldwide he is a multi-millionaire now. Should have never listened to Mom
Wow Paw Paw.......you and your dad would have beat the present inventor by decades...... He said the prototype was about 2001. Sold at the Kansas Fair in 2003!!
Knork....... Wasn't that the sound that sounds the Siamese twin elephants who were attached at the trunk, In the story Tim Conway told on the Carol Burnett show?
Very cool idea. I often cut my meat on the plate with a fork. I was reminded once that if a French person saw me use a fork to cut meat in place of a knife, they'd be "horrified". Since I don't normally share a meal with French people, I don't really care. If we're going to be that concerned with how others eat or what, they're gonna need to lay off eating snails to suit me. 🤣
Now I know you say this has already been invented and you say it coulda been you but just wanted to encourage you by saying you didn't worry the knorck never caught on... Apparently. But I like the idea.
I came up with Cough pops years ago, but sat on the idea for a year. Cough drops on a stick. Some lady in CT launched her version a few years later. Dang it
Hey Paw paw, knork is the word that Tim Conway used to describe what the Siamese elephant made when they tried to trumpet like the normal elephant. Carol Burnett show
Er, Bob... My Mum had some of these for her wedding presents. It's a Cake Fork! Posh afternoon teas use them.. Been around since before Queen Victoria ...
That's a good idea! So sweet you honored your dad's idea and made it. I told Tessie, I am watching on tv through Roku and I have to come to my iPad to comment so I might not comment on everything. Does that make a difference for y'all on here? I don't know how that part of UA-cam works but even if I don't comment, I always make a point to give s thumbs up. Enjoyed this video Pawpaw!😊
Paw Paw Knorks have been around a long time. The are a camping utensils same as a spork. Th work good for eating a meal out of a tin camping cup. They also come as part as a mess kit. Which includes a spork, knork tin cooking pan with a handle which can be used for hanging, tin cup, and carry case.
That's using your noggin
Fork knife, I'll be damned, we should incorporate the spoon also = fork+spoon+knife =Foonk
Let's call it a FOONK 😮

My military mess kit had a fork, spoon and a knife.
Im not impressed ....fork alone cuts just as well
I don't think you noticed that I only sharpened one side.
Good idea even if somebody beat you to it. Yours is the first video or even mention I've seen of it. Merry Christmas.
Thanks, you too!
May as well put a sharp edge on a spork and have a 3 in 1 or holy trinity called a spanork.
I thought about that.
