Not really replacing. Just adding on. Scranton runs their cars 24/7. This will allow them to rotate cars and give them down time.

I have a question about the color green being used in Pa. I understand it's for command on Fire and EMS, but is a civilian allowed to run amber and green lights?

Why would a civilian run any lights? Amber is 100% ok, not too sure on Green.

Question: Looking at the Whelen Price List, it says that the Cenator has been discontinued, yet you can still find it online, and you guys still use it. What's up with that?

Looks like you had three lighthouse out on the back of the white bar. Roughly where your takedowns are in the front and then dead center of the bar in the back were all out. Is there a reason for that?

Pretty sure Whelen just makes that light bar reflector housing symmetrical, so there isn't really a front or back on the physical housing itself. Only gains front/back distinction when the lights are mounted inside, so front gets the preemption module and takedowns stuck in those spots, and the rear is just left blank.
