The problem is with the OES shocks. My mechanic put them on my Buick Verano, which had the original 9 year old 150000 mile shocks on it. The OES Spectrum shocks were terrible. The ride was stiff and bouncy. My worn out shocks actually rode better. I made them replace them with GM shocks.
Thanks for the info. I used to work for GM a few years back and on some of them it makes a difference especially for the ones that have the electronics mounted on to them. Monroe isn't too great these days. Maybe for an old car they might be OK. I have had mixed reviews about them. Some are OK some are not.
Yup. Better handling and stiffer. It's what I usually use, but local availability is not always there for some vehicles. Monroe works OK for older vehicles they are softer than KYB. I prefer KYB myself if I'm able to get them.

Ya i always get the best KYB, they even have an adjustable version for more sporty cars
