I am going to have to buy this for production of butane extracted hashish, I have been manually doing this method for years now, and I am sick of using Ball jars and food savers to achieve my vacuum, though, it does work well.
That way the sample must've melted, forming liquid phase, considering the room temperature and the length of the vacuum process, which is undesirable for sublimation. They have to be kept frozen during vacuum.
With a rubber cap and a small punctured hole that will normally keep the rubber together and the hole closed but will open under negative pressure to let the vapor out?

when cap is removed , there is a lot of chance for the sample to become contaminated due to air borne particles. how can we avoid this risk?

But how is heat transferred in negative pressure? I thought there would be some heat exchange tubes around the samples?
