    Hello, nice channel. I do handpoke tattoos. I started two years ago with simple minimalist tattoos. I had the possibility to use a machine and I improved my knowledge. Now I can do old school and shaded works but my machine got broken and at the moment I'm back with stick and poke with more experience. Stick and poke is slow but so relaxing... I have a question: how do you use cartridge needle by hand? I've got some of my broken pen machine....😊

      I don't use single needles often. 😊 But I can do a video about shading 😉

    Hi, thank you for your videos, they are the most helpful handpoke instructions I've seen! What needle do you use for filling blocks of solid color? For example you need to do a flat red fill.

      Depends on the size. For smaller things I use RL 11RL, bigger stuff with RS or Magnums.

      @@theartfulcorner961 Great, thank you! Maybe you can include doing solid color handpoke in a future video?

    Hi I really enjoy your videos and I actually don’t comment on the net but I got a question and would really appreciate your help as I can’t wait to start my adventure with bigger tats long story short I want to fill in a shape with black ink and what kind of needle do you recommend for most efficiency, the more the better? because I understand magnums are good for it but should I get a flat one or curved? Thank you very much and keep up the good job

      The curved are more efficient for shading. I use RS for filling ore backpins.

    I absolutely adore your videos, they have made me a much better artist. Do you accept apprenticeship opportunities?

      Sadly this year I don't see any possibility for an apprenticeship. Maybe after Corona.

    Can I use the flat line needles for linework instead of shading. I see ones with 5 to 7 in a line

    is it possible to efficiently and well tattoo using 18RL. I'm thinking about hand poke obviously. If yes, do you have any tips how to use that big needle? :)))

      @theartfulcorner961  3 роки тому +3

      Hi and yes. I use that needle quite often for big lines. For a good result in line work I would recommend a 60 degree ankle and for color packing 90 degree.
