    I love your arm!
    I have been thinking about a sleeve, do want something cohesive, but find large designs difficult. The way you divided your arm up, so smart, and pleasing to look at!
    It's definitely an inspiration for me.

    Hi! Thanks for the helpful video. I see you recommend magic moon needles - is there a specific set for hand poke or is your recommendation the round liner / shader for each type of line?
    Thanks!

      There is no specific set, just the right type for the right design. I really like the RL longtaper. 😁

    Thank you for the helpful video! I've been wondering if the white stays the pinky colour that it gets when it mixes with blood?

    • @theartfulcorner961
      @theartfulcorner961  Рік тому

      No, the red blood cells are broken down and it becomes white, or cream-coloured depending on the skin tone.

      You are welcome. Do it in one session. Don't wait. That will hurt as fu* and will make the healing less good

    hellow thanks a lot for your helpful videos. i lov them! i've started just some time ago to handpoke. i've bought a starterpackage from single needle. i guess its not the best stuff. the colour stucks...even if i shake it well. in the end ..i have no idea if even the needles are proper. so you're repeatin' how important it is to have the right colours...good quality. do you have some tips about brands for colours or needles? i dont want to buy cheap stuff to tattoo on skin. sweet greezzz from austria

      Hi, I don't know if my brands can be brought in austria, but at the moment I use I am ink and Kwadron or magic moon needles. I love them. Before Reach I used Silverback ink and hope that the new black line will be out soon.

    What needles gauge/needle count/configuration would you recommend for packing in black ink for a large area? For like a backgrounds or bold large lines ?

    • @theartfulcorner961
      @theartfulcorner961  3 роки тому +2

      Depending on the size of the area and line. For really thick lines I take a 18 RL and if I have to fill in a big area I take a magnum or a big RS.

    Will this work if I do a solid white tattoo

    • @theartfulcorner961
      @theartfulcorner961  2 роки тому

      Yes, you can do solid white lines, but keep in mind that the end result will always be another colour than the crispy white directly after poking.

    So i figured out not using Vaseline to control the ink but rubbing alcohol on my papper towel so when i do a line i wipe the ink and it comes right off now it does remover the stencil so be careful how you wipe but that seems to work better for me and i dont have to put as much pressure on the area to wipe with rubbing alcohol making my skin last a lot longer before turning red and swelling

    • @theartfulcorner961
      @theartfulcorner961  Рік тому

      Oh well, if it works for you. Just be careful, as many people don't react well to alcohol on their skin, especially while tattooing. It can irritate the skin even more.
