This feels like.. I don't know how to describe it. It brings back a lot of good memories for me, but also bittersweet ones, which seems to be a common thread in this band's music. It makes me think of a summer afternoon that's since turned into evening: spending the day outdoors as a kid with your friends, having a good time laughing and talking, but this is the last time you'll get to see them in a while. The sky is darkening, everyone has gone their separate ways home, and you're walking down the street to your house- still happy about the fun you had, but still kind of sad that it ended. The Oh Hellos' songs have always held a special place in my heart for being able to evoke that kind of longing.
