Too bad this was three years ago. I never considered moving to the Rockies but this man and his cat and his dogs and his is just wonderful. It’s hard to find good people. So I’d marry him in a heartbeat just because of his demeanor

Animals adopted from rescue shelters make wonderful pets it’s as if they know how fortunate they are to find loving homes. That kitty has a better life then most kids.

Hello. Since this pandemic, I had to find ways to keep myself calm. Nanny is seriously helping. I've watched hers and other Maine Coons vids 24/7 almost. They are so relaxing. I turn on the videos, lower the lights while relaxing music plays in the background. It also helps that i created a folder of Maine Coon pictures that I play over and over. I'm hoping, when things settle down, and I can move, (my current landlords don't allow animals) I'll get myself a silver grey MC. I already have a name picked - Sherlock. Again, that you and Nanny for keeping me sane.

Wow! I have a cat of the same breed, Rescued and Adopted! She lives with us on our farm here in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in New York. This breed is the best breed in the world and they love their people and life in the country.
We have a male cat just like this one, maybe a bit bigger. I taught him to shake, play dead....Actually, we taught each other how to communicate. He is really good at communicating with his eyes, his cackles, and his body gestures.
We have a 7 month old part Main Coon. He's about 12 bs and has a 14 inch tail and 6 inch hind feet. He plays fetch and pretty good at shaking hands. Oh his name is Oliver.
My cat loves the ATV. She looks like yours. Someone dumped her in us because she was pregnant. We let her kit, took her and all 5 kits, to get had all shots spay and nurtured. But we couldn't leave momma...so now she runs like the dogs, and is a great mouser. She is SUNSHINE

That's a strong bond that not everyone gets to experience and a very special one at that as a cat usually only bonds that closely with one person. Yes i would like to have a life like yours with the nature so close and all the animals. I use to have tree cats but my little Nera passed away 13 February almost 14 years old. I have my sacred birma Anakin 16 years and Trollet 10 years old and they are my treasures in life. I live in Sweden in the Town of Landskrona and we have no mountains here only hills ( and rhe ocean, the straith of Öresund) in Skåne but it's very beautiful here too! I was never able to get a good picture of Pump, he would see me pointing the camera and started walking towards me! We have a drum table in the living room with pictures of all our past cats for the last 35+ years. They are never forgotten. We have 5 now.
