🌸 How to Grow in Intimacy with God ❤️
🌸 Communication: the Bible says pray without ceasing. Like any relationship in order to get to know someone you have to speak to them and listen to what they are saying( 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
🌸 Study His Word: his word is another way of communication it is a way that God speaks to us and teaches us(2 Timothy 3:16)
🌸 Making Time: by making time alone with God you will get to know him deeper wether it’s through prayer or worship you will get to know him (Psalms 91:1) (Matthew 6:6)

Great video!
Thank you so much! 💕
@@maleighiawallace you're so beautiful🌸
Hi I’m 60 yrs old, I got locs 8 months ago my hair is mostly gray but I love my long natural locs . You have got the most beautiful and thick locs . I’m looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Thank you so much, that means a lot and I’m sure yours are just as beautiful! 💕
Hi Jackie! I’m 63 and one month in! Would love to watch your journey!! Haven’t found women our age with locs!!🥰❤️
Your locs are so beautiful!! Looking forward to more updates from you!!❤️
@@terisanjazz1 I'm 63 too and 5 1/2 months in. I'm enjoying the journey sis!!!
You got this! Your crown is coming along beautifully! Stick with it to trap your reward. Even washing every week can be drying. You’ll eventually master retwisting, too. Love your honesty and positive attitude!
Thank you so much!! I’ve been really enjoying retwists lately it honestly like a therapy session for me! ❤️🥰
I got locs over 10 years ago now, dyed them and had to cut them, so I cut them myself into an A Bob 3 years ago . The restart was the BEST decision I've ever made, I had no idea my hair was so curly and beautiful after the years perms and weaves! I will never color my hair ever again. I love rollers and headbands and my hair is so beautiful now! Your hair looks so great!
Your hair is absolutely beautiful. I do understand the whole frizz situation. Hang in there - looking good. Great video , I feel like you covered alot of questions that viewers needed answers to.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate this! This past week I’ve been really enjoying the frizz and the phase my locs are in. And I can’t wait to see what happens in a couple years. 💕
Subscribed based on your transparency and effort you’ve put into sharing your journey with us. I’m onto my fourth month soon in Feb, self-started/maintained and I’m definitely able to relate . You and your hair are so beautiful. Good luck and congratulations
luv this video so much! & i defs agree, the black girl hair standard is so REAL & very much draining -_-
Thank you so much, and exactly lol 💕
You’re so pretty. I hate that you ever struggled with your appearance and validation. You are beautiful and don’t let anyone ever make you believe differently.
Loved this vid and your loc journey thus far! I also went to a predominantly white school and as by product carried a-lot of internal self hate that I wasn't aware of... choosing locs have been so instrumental in my healing process as well! Shalom to you!
Thank you so much and thanks for sharing I'm so glad it has helped you to heal!
I absolutely LOVED this video and LOVE ur locs, cant wait to start mine! 💛
New sub!! Love your video and hearing your journey! Your locs are beautiful!! I restarted mine 1 month ago! I’m a bit nervous at 63, but loving them so far!!Thanks for sharing!!❤❤
Thank you for sharing your journey love!
Just started my journey and this video helped so much 🥹 wonderful video & your locs are beautiful!
I'm so glad it helped you! And excited for you loc journey, this has defiantly been a huge part of my journey and I'm exicted to share that with you!
Looks so good on you!
Aww you are beautiful and so are your locs, stay encouraged. I'm 9 yrs loc'd and my daughter is 3 yrs and she too had her ups and downs about her loc's but over all you will love them; continue watching videos on UA-cam, do Pintrest, IG online searches etc. just educate yourself as much as possible and enjoy the journey. I loved what you said in Ch 3 "it's been a ride" Speak positivity and love to yourself and crown🥰🥰🥰
I’m gonna follow because I just got loced 4 days ago and I can really relate with what you are saying. I’m struggling with some perfectionism and feeling maybe some of my hair was not perfect divided or some and it’s really making me anxious but I’m just trying to embrace the process. Wish me luck 🍀 ❤
How has it been? Do you still have locs?
Love your journey so far!
Thank you!! ❤️🥰
Girl you are so pretty

Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it!! ❤️🥰
I really love the honesty of this video. I’ve gone to mostly PWIs and can totally empathize with you on not fitting in. Thank you for this.
Thank you so much and I’m glad you enjoyed it! I’m sad that we had that experience but I’m glad we learned from and it made us stronger in many ways! ❤️
Love this video ❤️
Thank you Mom!!! ❤️🥰
Pop off sis!!!!!!
Your locs are goals 🔥
Thank you !!
Your beautiful and your hair is beautiful thankyou for sharing ❤
Thank you so much and thanks for watching!! ❤️🥰
No, I am thankful for finding the truly explanation I was looking for,i have been in the same struggle of fitting my idea of beauty where I relaxed my hair and basically ruined so decided cutting It and now I'm looking for to growing it to what it was before and thought locs could be a good investment ,it was really helpful thank you 💛💛
Ofc!! and thank you !
Great video girl! And your hair looks amazing, if you do plan on dying make sure you use an Ion booster step one it protects your hair when you bleach.
Thank you!! I’m definitely keeping that in mind for the future! ❤️🥰
Might I say you are absolutely gorgeous with and without locs but locs suit you well my sis 🫶🏽congratulations!!
Thank you sm!!
You are so beautiful😩
Honestly I'm starting to hate weave and buying all this hair stuff. Smh I want my natural hair out so bad. I'm starting locs too and usually feel ugly without long hair extensions but smh I have to face myself and deal with it. Lol but it's worth it. Having locs teach you alot. Patience , to accept youself, to not care so much what others think. It makes you comfortable in your own skin
You will also have to worry about lint trapped in locs and pain from heaviness as they get longer. And mildew once your locs mature
There are also ways to combat tho lol
@@cali1993 Not exactly. Unless you keep your hair covered 24/7.
No you don’t lol that’s not the case for everyone with locs. I have a spouse with locs down his back and he does not deal with any of this.
@@ashleycbla exactly, everyone’s hair is different. And everyone takes care of their hair in different ways.
a soft brush gets rid of loc frizz if u do not want frizz in ur locs sometimes no hate btw love ur video
Thank you sm I just started using a soft brush and it helps a lot!
How many locs do you have?
Heyy I’m not sure at the moment but I might make a loc counting video soon!
