🌸 Communication: the Bible says pray without ceasing. Like any relationship in order to get to know someone you have to speak to them and listen to what they are saying( 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
🌸 Study His Word: his word is another way of communication it is a way that God speaks to us and teaches us(2 Timothy 3:16)

Your wise beyond your years! Thank you for your truth. I can relate to everything you are saying and I’m 41 years old. I found your channel through researching how to start my loc journey. I’m so thankful to hear your thoughts. Amazing. I pray you find peace, and all the Godly things you desire. Lately I have been coming into people that are actual sweet people. I felt that a lot of good people were gone. Through my journey of healing and praying, I have prayed many many years for community and just to see the good in people and lately I have been so amazed. One day at a time, though. I know the cycle you speak of and it sucks but the more you endure it and keep pushing you get in tune to what makes you feel a certain way and how to fight and find ways to get through it. I really wasn’t into journaling at first but now I place it in there and I leave it. Or sometimes I go back the next day and elaborate more if I’m still feeling sad or unsettled. Take care. @@maleighiawallace no problem! I did 4 times but I had a really bad hair day and I took them out. But they are still a goal. I know what I want now in them.

Speaking from the outside. You don’t have to forgive if your not ready ! People always tell the ‘victim’ to forgive. But your allowed to feel all emotions including the ones your scared of too. The only person you have to forgive is yourself. Allow yourself grace. Take care of YOU. Like you said you can’t pour from an empty cup. And healing isn’t linear! I’m still hurting from things that happened when I was 5!
