I am a hopeless romantic. And because of that I have been writing letters all my life because that’s what made me happy. I would write in my journal and always start with dear jo and I don’t know anyone really named jo but for me it felt like writing to someone who could I just tell about all my frustrations and pain. I always had hope to make my dear jo a book some day and maybe it will help people like me who has so many stories to tell.
I guess i grew up with pretty good parents because i dont find being a cheater and then pursuing someone who spent most the movie (by the looks) screaming and ripping into her and telling her to leave them alone, attractive or "cute" at all. What kind of toxic disney attitude are they pushing on us 😅. You people who find this romantic are weirdddd or cheaters as well living vicariously through this cheater
The chef was delusional. She should've been honest instead of complacent, its not normal for a guy to use his honeymoon as work trip! Likely he wanted her around because of her job at NY post!
Seeing this movie MULTIPLE times and as one of my favorites, first off get your facts straight. She wasn't on her honeymoon. They weren't married and she wasn't abandoned. They discussed going abd doing seperate things and agreed. Change the headline if youre determined to talk about this movie
All I got out of this is that women's movies romanticize cheating and I really want to try Victor's restaurant because that guy is actually committed to something.
A realistic romantic film (most of it) based on a long enduring classic story of true love 🌹❤️ - wasn't mushy - really enjoyed it. She later went on to play the lead role in Mama Mia.
I have only wrote one letter in my life and it was to a woman who let me go. I asked if I could see her one last time but she said no as she was worried I would be more hurt than I already was.
Omg I remember this beautiful movie.. i guess letter to Juliet is the movie name.. After watching this movie.. The first you want is to write a letter to Juliet ❤❤❤
Same bs like always like how husband / bf is always busy and gf is some Naive victim and after 10 minutes talking with someone and he gives some attention and thinks it's love of their life and after sometime after rush is done breakup again, lol
I enjoyed the writing of this recap.BUT !! Why do you need to use stupid, no feeling, mispronounced AI robots. Let us hear your voices, if you are human.
Letters to Juliet is just a film - research can be interesting & sometimes quite rewarding though not on a level that she went too. In real life (in some cases) - people dedicated their lives to "checking facts" like the movie The Boston Globe or Mother & Baby Homes which gave victims a voice & brought injustices out to the world's attention. Wasn't a reason to dump her - they just wanted different things from life. THIS IS A FILM NOT REALITY. But wouldn't it be nice having no responsibilities, the money & been able to travel safely these days like she did around the world seeing amazing places & meeting people just being a "fact checker". 🍾🥂😎🌞💚🌅🏖️🌍🕺🐅🦒🐒🐪🐬🐠🍇🍕🦞🥠🛫🍦⛺🏯🏟️🕌⛩️🎢🚂
Awww! I never saw this movie but this is all I need to see. And him starting to climb up to be with her, I said, “Yay!” Then he falls! Lol.. I heard and seen it on another movie about people writing letters to Juliette. I would love to do that someday, and my husband will be with me. 🩷😁

I think you should write it if you haven’t yet, and share it however you can. ❤️ I would love to read Dear Jo
Same here... Please do, already sounds intriguing😊😊
Me too
When I write into my diary, I always begin with Dear Pablo
i would love to read your book!
Beautiful!!! We need more movies like this!
Lol you support a movie about a woman who betrays her fiance. Fascinating
@reedbecker true 👍🏽, but I feel you have to go out and pick the right 1. People nowadays just settle 😴
@@georgevarughese4886 It's called maturity😂
Writer made Victor a jerk to make Sophie cheating "justifiable" 🙄

💯💯💯👏🏽💯 I don't like it either, it Is like romanticizing rejection. 👎🏽
The chef was delusional. She should've been honest instead of complacent, its not normal for a guy to use his honeymoon as work trip! Likely he wanted her around because of her job at NY post!
It was not a honeymoon and it is not normal for a woman not to support his husband and his career.
@@azeemahnakhoda1869It isn’t normal of a husband to not spend time with his wife, even if it is a work trip. He should have made time for her.
Oh my goodness. This is like my aunt she found her 1st love again after 40 years
From the start I knew victor wasn’t for her.
This movie is so beautiful. I teared up.
If only life was like this
This is one of my favorite movies❤
At least that letter was safe from her friends the letter I wrote was found by my friends and now it got turned in to a meme

This movie always warms my heart and makes me cry. Apparently, that's true even in a recap.
Oh how sweet..
whats so sweet about this. shit show.
Fact checker from N-Yorker, and I started laughing! 👍😂
It’s a real thing pal. Dunno what is so hilarious
@@deans-rewind2882 its because the new york times dont fact check anything, they are ultra left wing and make up any bollocks for a reaction
Because the New Yorker puts narrative before accuracy, Pal.
Grown up know this.
Omg!! This is my most favorite movie recap!!! I am gonna download it illegally!
Movie's name is: Letters to Juliette
That chef needs someone who will support him and to be more honest that it's a wrk trip
You mean someone who's okay with having a husband who ignores her and takes no interest in her work or hobbies?

Weird that they use the "this person is my cousin" to wave off a possible romantic link since Cousin Marriages is legal in Italy
Juliet? Could it be linked to letters to Juliet movie?
Not "linked to". This is the movie.
Oh, this is Letter to Juilet
very few r lucky...
why destiny is so cruel... bring someone in life, give hope and then took it away...
I don’t care much for romance movies but, sometimes the cheesy ones keep my attention 😄
What movie is it?

Ugly nasty chef losing a bright and lovely chick.
That's not true. She wasn't abandoned
