#JarrodAlonge #HowToMosh
When he said 'My knees are week. My arms are heavy' I immediately wanted spaghetti.
Knees weak, arms are heavy, palms are sweaty there's vomit on his sweater already mom's spaghetti. He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready to throw down but he keeps on forgetting what he wrote down he opens his mouth but the words won't come out, times up over now, the clocks run out, you better lose yourself in the music the moment and you better never let it go, you only got one chance go
Rashotcake Knees weak, arms spaghetti, palms spaghetti. There's vomit on his sweater already mom's spaghetti. He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm spaghetti to throw down but he keeps on spaghetti ;D
I actually said that lol
Moms making spaghetti today tho
This was an instant classic. The dialogue, the timing, the drama. Bravo, Jarrod, bravo.
The video everyone watches before going to warped tour
+z. (quit lol) Probably!!! xD
I see an avatar of The Amity Affliction album, I click thumbs up.
I am doing that.
Daffy 21 same here😂
I’m a 15 year old , 5’9 girl going to her first Warped Tour/concert ever and I’m absolutely terrified and excited.
"Knees are weak, arms are heavy" lmaooooo
Mom's Spaghetti
pre-mosh got me. . .
Hahaha "you're never gonna mosh in this town again"
What about the "Watching Out For The Young Girls In The Front Row Taking Selfies"??
Knees weak, arms are heavy
Vomit on his sweater already
Moms Spaghettii
Lol
I thought I was the only one lmfao.
Why does that place look like some gta safehouse close?
OMG IT DOES
How to mosh in three steps.
1.) Dont swing or kick
2.) Slam and pummel anyone in your way
3.) Have a good time and pick anyone up if they fall down (unless they break rule number one. Then leave them there to suffer)
Haha ty
don't swing or kick UNLESS doing the toxic waltz
@MyFieryEnd That's real moshing pal, not looking like damn mosquitos that are on crack and putting people in hospitals.
Vendetta rather look like I’m hitting mosquitoes than chest rubbing with other dudes
@@kurlzdagodbeats3589 No homo, ya idiot.
"You've never moshed. You're never gonna mosh in this town again"
Fuckin dead
"No Karate In The Pit" -Havok
no cartwheels either
"Sorry we only made one good album" -Havok
I like all their music...
...and fuck hardcore dancers!
Seth the Metälhead Well your taste is shit, because Time is Up is their only good album, Unnatural Selection was probably the most disappointing album I've ever heard.
Oh and get over yourself you generic metalhead douche.
no one thought that the place looked like GTA San Andreas?
+GongsunZan Grove St.
I was looking for this comment xDD
Hardcore dancing looks really stupid, especially when guys just stand there windmilling forever. That shit's a hazard.
Yeah, because they're doing it wrong. If you saw me moshing, you'd be fucking bamboozled.
Tyrantax
You can mosh _wrongly?_ Lmfao. Good one!
Liam Shaw As an experienced hardcore show-goer, I can easily tell good from bad hardcore dancing. Don't get me wrong, I like when people are having fun, so - whatever floats your boat.
It's supposed to be a hazard. It means don't get near them or you'll get hit.
Tyrantax Bad hardcore dancing isn't "wrong" though. I don't personally do it, but it seems to be another way for people to express themselves at a show. It's not a dance competition.
This was all I saw at warped yesterday.....
I will be practicing all these sick moves Jarrod and I am SURE there will be a mosh pit at the Morrissey show in May at the Ryman. I know everyone will be in awe of a 50 year old barber busting some moves! (please note this is totally sarcastic) Funny video! (not sarcastic) thanks for the heads-up Danny.
I wanna do these moves at my prom in the back xD
*signs up to dj the prom*
*plays attila* xD
+skatingfortheweek I'm straight, and a chick but thanks for your unwanted homophpbia :)
+Certified Pancake Dealer you dont even djent poser
And it was a fucking joke you potato, do you see Attila anywhere in my favorites? I hate them.
+Certified Pancake Dealer ......but i was joking .....
i feel like i've actually seen some of these in mosh pits..
At the Memphis May Fire show a week ago, there was this scenecore kid trying to Hardcore Dance in the pit, and this other dude just pushed him all the way across the other side of the room.
I could not contain my laughter, good lord
"I am cool. I call people scenecore."
Come to a Terror show.
I'm still looking for my shoe
100% expected the Every Hardcore Vocalist to come and show him how it's done or something at the end
I was let down
knees weak, arms spaghetti
"Yr neva gonna mosh in this town again" HAHHAHAHAA
"smartphoning" "anti-climax" lost my shit that was too accurate
"You'll never mosh in this town again"
I've been jumping in pits for years and never had anyone tell me to two step that's a new one, it's always been close my eyes and FEEL the music, find the two biggest dudes you can find get their attention and point to the stage, sometimes you gotta get the big guys going say the headlining band sucks or something, next thing you know your catching a wave and surfing your way to the stage,I've met a lot of bands because they see what I'm doing and find it amusing
"Knees weak arms are heavy" *died*
Its actually really fun too be in a pit and the amazing part is all that anger you have in u your taking it all out
Its freaking awesome
the pre-mosh I laughed so hard hahahahha
I love all metal, and I've seen some of these moves when people get lost in the energy and just, wanting to move and sort of fling themselves around. This made me laugh, and I think it's ok to rib metal. Maybe some people can't laugh at themselves or what they love, but some of us can.
I recently went and saw Mayday Parade and people were moshing. I don't understand how you mosh to that...
This was the golden age of UA-cam
you need to make a 'Every Hardcore Dancer' video at a "Amidst The Grave's Demons show" HA!
This was actually the first Jarrod Alonge video I ever watched haha
This is one of your finest pieces of work.
Had a sudden memory of this video and had to rewatch it... Just as funny as the first time I saw it 6 years ago!
THAT CITIZEN HOODIE THO
I was wondering when this Danny dude would show up in one of your videos. His comments are golden.
LMAO the eminem lyrics sneakily thrown in hahaha
I'm in love with Danny!!!!!😍😍😍
Thanks Jarrod. This was super helpful. Defo gonna use some of these
This is fantastic. Another great video
should be common knowledge, hardcore/metalcore shows have hxc dancing, metal shows have push pits, and punk shows have circle pits. I've been to/in all three and it's always fun but it's all by genre and atmosphere, honestly all three look silly unless you're actually at said show.
That's a nice blouse that girl in the glasses is wearing.
thank u so much, this made me smile ^-^
Matty Mullins approves of this video
I love it!
Jarrod is life omg I love him
this video is life
First step to hardcore dancing. Don't do it
J-P Salmi hardest part of push moshing is being a bitch.
You ever been in a thrash concert? Hardcore dance there and you are the first one to go down
You got it the wrong way around. Thrash was formed in the Bay Area in the very early 80's because a group of people were not happy with the way metal music was going. HC is a mix of Thrash and Punk. HC pits are a fight club with soundtrack, while Thrash pits are more about having fun
Not really because hardcore punk brought the double bass plus other factors to metal and gave you thrash then paved alot of inspiration to thrash. Thats why people say punk saved metal but it was very early hardcore punk bands. There is already a genre that is thrash punk mixed and thats called cross over. But where do you think those fight clubs went? Its what you see now but a bit watered down. Its all about having fun, just some are more aggressive. So no, what you see now isnt anything new. If anything, we need less beat down and more youthcrew.
Crossover is HC and Thrash combined
this was so instructional thank you
lmao I am 32 and used to go to so many shows from 15-18 and this was fcking hysterical
"Knees weak arms are heavy" Love the Lose Yourself reference.
Citizen shirt. Heck yeah
It's that time of year again
That place looks great for chilling
defenetly best tutorial over the years!!
I remember trying to watch this video 2 years ago as education not knowing it was a meme or that Jarrod is just a meme.
You just crack me up man, thank you.
ive watched this video so many times omfg
I've never watched any of your videos but bro I have that bro tank
this is pretty funny !
the hoodie! hes so cute!
hahaha i just wanted to know what mosh was ... but then i got hooked up with the video... good edition and the ending bloopers were hilarious. great job!
What happened to good ol' fashioned circle pits with just big dudes running the fuck into each other?
only in shitty parts of europe...it looks like all "civilized" hxc guys are doing all this shit (and it makes no sense whatsoever)
Filip Petrina We need less of this.
Jackson Stein agree
That's my only memories of moshpits, getting bashed around and getting bruises (I have a scar on my arm from one moshpit last year). They are so much more fun than actually dancing or whatever the fuck this is.
everybody is just trying to kick and punch everyone
This is mad funny haha.
"Knees weak, arms our heavy" XD
watching this before a show this weekend
I've marched a few times at punk shows so fun lol
Thanks that was helpful! :)
Great video! And that neighbor hood is a nice place to raise a family.
The "marching" step though. xD
omg this video kills me everytime lol
"my knees are weak, arms are heavy"
THERE'S VOMIT ON HIS SWEATER ALREADY, MOM'S SPAGHETTI
Can't stop laughing at this!
I don't see the big deal in arguing about hardcore pits vs slam pits cause I saw Thy Art is Murder last November and both slam and hardcore pits were there. Everybody's Happy.
That was hilarious
THIS HAD ME DYING HAHAHA XD
