I hate music when running or walking 😅 I try to mix up my routes and surfaces a fair bit but prefer the woods/gravel roads. Want to hear the wind, trees, birds... I also avoid caffeine after 2pm or even noon for sleep quality.
@@xiruichen8564 Thanks man. I think it depends on who you are working with. For elite athletes it makes a huge difference, because margins matter a lot. For recreational runners you are 100% right 😄
It’s when you do a jogging motion in a pool instead of running, there are videos of it on UA-cam if you want to know. Just imagine how most people feel about running, and that’s how most people who enjoy running feel about aquajogging. Nothing moves, you’re in a pool so you can’t use headphones, it just generally sucks. It’s really good cross training on off days though, and great when you’re injured. It makes form better and get your heart rate almost as high as running does

You’re crushing it 😄
Make a video as a experienced runner how to run a mile under 5.30 min
My pace is 4 min per Km
Love from india ❤❤
@@YessEthan Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll look into it 😄
i notice ultra runners use an economic style, mostly flicking lower legs back and fore
Ultra running is a while thing of it’s own - It requires a lot more strength and are almost purely low intensity endurance training.
5% vs 3.6% improvement really make no significant differences tbf. Both are mild. Interesting video anyway

100%. Injuries are the worst, but great for reminding us just How enjoyable it is to run fit and healthy.
What is aquajog?
