I justo always disliked nosy neighbors until recently when a strange guy was seen roaming a house the police was called thanks to that nosy neighbor it turned out the weirdo was a sex offender God bless those nosy neighbors!!!!!
The lady was concerned about the dog because the dog was outside and she could physically see it. She couldn’t see the kids, she couldn’t see the inside of the house, she had no idea what was going on inside the house.
My nest door neighbors had a dog. Eddie, He was so sweet. We had a big snow, eddie didn't have a place to get out of the snow. I went over to check on him. He had no water no food. So I went home, got a big steel bowl filled it with cat food, made some hot gravy to pour over the cat food. I didn't that twice. He was so hungry. I took a big bucket of water over to him. Warm water. to help warm him up. I did this for 3 days. Finally decided to call animal control. They went to their door. Al said oh yes we've been feeding him. The animal control officer asked where are your foot prints. She fined them 250.00. Told them she would be back to check on the dog the next day. That had bought him a dog house and he had plenty of water and dog food. They saw my foot prints. I ask Al why do you have a dog and if you're not willing to take care of him. He didn't have an answer for me. figures.
Yes I fed him cat food. I didn't have anything else to give him. You couldn't go to the store. I called my vet and he said it was a lot of protein but it shouldn't hurt him. Why ?
The first clue should have been the condition of the dog. The dog was very neglected . So it's safe to assume the children were also. Should have pursued it!!
if i ever had the incline that any one was neglecting or abusing children anywhere no matter who they are i would go to the police in an instant i would not call any one i would just go to the police station in a shot
miss Cindy the mother apparently gave birth at home to babies on 3 separate occasions & (says the DA) tried to hide them from her partner by keeping them in closets where they subsequently died, although it seems one may have been stillborn as it still had the umbilical cord & placenta attached. Also the house was in a deplorable state with trash everywhere plus there were 2 live babies found one aged 3yrs & the other 2 months that had soiled diapers on & were left in the care of her 10yr old son

A neighbor alerted authorities to her house because the 10 year old asked the neighbor how do you get a baby to stop crying. The house was beyond filthy, and to make matters worse, after her arrest for various child neglect charges, the police found 3 dead babies in closets in her house, so she had a total of 7 kids, 3 dead, 4 alive. This was in August of 2014, she had another court date February 2018. She pled not guilty, her lawyers are having her mentally evaluated, and I've researched and haven't found anything else about when an actual trial date is, she's pulling the mentally instable bit to prolong things is what it looks like for now. You can google her house and pictures will pop up if you want to see what the inside looked like when she lived there. The house has been demolished since, her sister owned it.

This video doesn't do the mess inside the house justice, you should google images of the inside of her house, there are no words to describe it. I personally believe she is mentally challenged from what I've gathered together, and NO it's not an excuse, BUT she doesn't seem normal, she seems slow to me, someone should have helped her get on birth control. The children's father said he had "no idea" and I think that's crap, he should be charged as well. I also wonder if her family came around at all, it's obvious not or I feel someone would've said something already. The house she lived in was her sister's, how did her sister not check up on her and the house. There are a lot of questions in this case in my opinion. But thank god the kids are removed from that terrible situation and hopefully they will go to good, stable homes.

Max Watts I think this lady cares a lot. She did try. In these situations I think you fear that you are bringing down the trouble on a family without evidence. It is tough to know at the time. We all feel we'd have done differently, you know? I feel like you, though, could you not see what was happening. I have had child services called by a manipulative landlord, and even though they know the person perjured themselves, they take six months to close the case on you. They are also to blame, (child services) because of the way they do things. This just stinks doesn't it? I am glad you care so much. Nice to see.

Christmas at our house was usually in the basement so the neighbors couldn't hear the screaming! BE A NOSEY NEIGHBOR!
