My blooms don’t seem to happen as easily as yours are. What paper are you using?

I can’t get blooms like yours- I’ve tried different paper. I’m thinking it’s my cheap cake paint? I have to tap and tap the water on to get it to move at all with just water.
Yes. In your case, it is probably the paint.
